It was hard to do but I cancelled all my Boxy boxes. 6 weeks later and I am surprised at how much time I got back in my life. No more stalking spoilers. No more begging customer service. No more sad boxes. I spent a lot of hours, every month, on boxy. Bye bye stress

I cancelled them around 3 years ago. After realizing I just wasn’t using most of what they sent me, it made sense to cancel. I thought they would pull me back and always check spoilers. They email me almost daily, with their freebies to come back, remind me how many charms I have to spend…etc.
Until they implement using profiles, I just can’t do it. Now I see its even worse than it used to be. Slower shipping, CS has got even worse, people don’t even always get their one pick, wrong colors.

Good for you! I cancelled a while ago but I still look at spoilers now and again just curious. But I look at my stash and my project panning and think…nope, dont need it lol. But I do still get ipsy and your comment is inspiring!

If you quit, quit now they won’t let you out in the end of the month. I’m quitting…we can always come back and with a coupon and an extra item. I hate the way they treated us during the last sale. It wasn’t better I was there at 1 and there wasn’t anything I wanted…45 minutes later. It was embarrassing

This is so disappointing for a Luxe box. I’ve already gotten most of these items, and the last thing I need is more Avant. I likely will cancel if this new thing of no spoilers until after payment is a permanent development.

I agree. What’s the point of spoilers if they’re not out before the beginning of the month? They are meant to showcase a hero item or two and to generate excitement for the next box. Conversely, they may be terrible and a lot of people will skip or quit before their bank has been charged. As far as I’m concerned, no spoilers = no Boxy.
