Just cancelled both my base and premium. Haven’t received my APRIL sale items, my MAY base box hasn’t even shipped yet, and customer service doesn’t return any emails. Beware ladies of deals that look too good to be true.

The last time I fell for the re-sign deal I got a box of crap. Maybe a box of crap at 1/2 price may be less painful. But last time it felt like random junk they couldn’t move shoved in a box.

I signed up for half off and I’m pretty sure I got $13.25 worth of items. You would think if they are trying to get people back they would make sure the box is good. But Boxycharm will be Boxycharm :(.

Last month I canceled my regular box after many, many years. Today, I canceled my premium after along time having it as well. I just find myself so unhappy with most of the products they send me these days. I have so many unused brushes and other things that it just feels wasteful now.

The only thing that keeps me with them are the sales. I cancelled Premium a few months ago and just have base and Luxe now. I’m not really happy with my boxes anymore either but those pop up sales make me happy.

If you signup again now, you get to go pick an eyeshadow palette and get $10 for pop up. I did this on two accounts since pop up is having crazy deals now and both coupon codes did not work, although customer service gave me codes within a day.
