BarkBox needs to work on making their current customers happy, and stop trying to constantly attract new ones. I guess that’s got to be a good business model to grow and appease their investors, but if you look at their FB feed, a lot of current subscribers aren’t too happy.

I’ve had a box missing toys, the toys aren’t lasting for super chewers, and I was charged for my April box on April 2, but didn’t receive until April 30. It had no theme, just different toys thrown together.

When I contacted BarkBox about my missing box in April, they sent me an email saying my box would be expedited “at no extra cost “ to me. Um, thanks, I guess??

I won’t be renewing when my sub is done in June.
