Wen seems to be in several QVC boxes I’ve seen. Take out the Wen and replace it with something else and bam, I’d buy it.

Now I am really sad for ordering. This is supposed to be a new box. My comments take hours to post and someone could have saved me. I have been on this site over 4 years and never get fast posts.

Jody, I understand your frustration at the possibility that you might receive expired items from QVC, but in all fairness, MSA has no responsibility for that, and if posts take longer than ideal to show up, that’s unfortunate…but all of the blame still lies with QVC and none with MSA. I will say though, that if every reader here who purchased this box and receives expired products will be sure to comment about it here, MSA should consider adding a note or disclaimer about this widespread issue to any future QVC-related post (kind of like what was added to the old Rachel Zoe sub box). This might alienate QVC but would be in the best interest of Jody and the rest of us readers who ultimately are the ones buying these boxes.
Also the bit about QVC taking no responsibility for expired products is concerning. How on earth can we know if a product we’re buying ONLINE is expired or not? If MSA can somehow confirm QVC’s stance on this (and contacting them as an obvious rep for MSA won’t get the same answer as a regular customer will, but surely MSA could have a consumer contact them about this and confirm what they’re told) and find that they do indeed claim no responsibility for shipping expired items, it would be wise of MSA to “drop” them from the long list of boxes they feature here.

There have been comments for months about expired qvc products. Msa is well aware, unless they cannot read.

You live and you learn. I felt the same way last time. Hopefully they’ll let you return it if you do get expired products, but their CS isn’t the best. Now you know!

Man, I don’t think anyone would have expected to receive expired products! That is truly abhorrent, especially if it isn’t made known ahead of time. Wow this was shocking to hear.

I ordered the tili box with the Wen winter mint. The Wen was expired,7 years old actually. Two other products looked used and were half empty. They offered me a $9 credit. I exchanged it instead and I received the same expired Wen and the minetan drops were half full. I wouldn’t purchase another Tili box from QVC. Based on their recent customer care I’m honestly not sure I would make any purchase there. (They told me they couldn’t guarantee unexpired products.)

That is absolute insanity! How can they not guarantee unexpired products when they are the ones putting these boxes together? Not to mention what kind of company are you when you can’t guarantee unexpired products? That would, and is, deterring me from ever purchasing any product from QVC. Disgusting 😤

Half these products are probably expired. Take it from someone who bought their last box. AND they get this complaint often. Not worth.
