I was a long-time repeat customer from the Beauty Brands website. My last few orders were taken and paid, but then cancelled for no reason. After trying to get ahold of customer service, someone finally called me from a restricted number and told me I am banned from purchasing on their site. I was told there might be a reseller in my area (city I live in has over 160,000 residents…) I loved their deals and would buy extras as gifts. Because I purchased too many things from them over the years, the way the company shows appreciation is to ban me. I was told “We won’t accept your business any longer.”

What was the reason given?

They said someone in the area I live in resells. So they won’t sell to me…. even though I’m not reselling.

I ordered 2 of these boxes when this was posted and I got my fedex shipping notification today. I don’t know where all the misinformation is coming from. Beauty Brands is a good company.

I think a lot of people on here are confusing Beauty Brands with some other store. It’s a real actual chain of stores with an online presence. Kind of like Ulta. I get my eyebrows tinted there and my daughter works there as well. They also sell beauty products. Not sure where the hate is coming from as it seems to be a great place to work and shop!

My best friend is a manager at Beauty Brands… she LOVES her job! Loves the company. They are small but treat their employees really well. I’m really surprised to see anything negative about them.

Don’t buy from Beauty Brands!!! They are no good! ….and frankly it’s BS that MSA would advertise for them.

How are they no good?? My daughter works there and I get my eyebrows tinted there as well (yes they offer beauty services as well as products). It’s a very nice place to work and shop! It’s a little like an Ulta. Perhaps you are confusing it with another store?

Please be more specific than “They are no good!”. I have ordered from them for years and never had a problem.

I don’t believe that Beauty Brands is a legit company. Google them!

Not only do they sell online, but they have an actual physical store as well. It’s very similar to Ulta except smaller. I’ve shopped there many times. Maybe you are thinking of someone else?

I Googled and it looks like there was a website called Buy Beauty Brands that was a scam site. Beauty Brands is a regular store like Ulta.

I’ve ordered from them several times and never had a problem.

I figured I better clarify that I mean “Same here “ in that I have bought them several times and have never had a problem.

Katie

Same here.

jaq

Not legit in what way? They exist, and they fulfill orders. I have never had a problem with them.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago for the full price. Darn.

Why is everyone saying ‘mystery boxes’? Don’t you get the products listed?

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

I believe earlier the post listed “mystery” boxes instead of “discovery” boxes but I could be wrong! If you click the link you are able to see what comes in each set.
