I think this is a good purchase if you’re looking for a new shampoo but not sure what to get. I figure at least get one wash per shampoo and conditioner which equals several washes in this kit which would equate to at least a travel size shampoo and conditioner from a higher end brand.
I’m actually super excited for this set. I’m looking for a new shampoo and conditioner so the timing is great for me personally 🙂 I’ve tried the Amika set (I got a sample with purchase from them) but the rest are new to me. The Bumble & Bumble I’m extra happy about since I had selected it as a sample with a Sephora purchase but they ended up sending me something totally different.
I’d love to hear what you think of the Bumble & Bumble 🙂 I’m currently working my way through 3 sets of packets of that shampoo & conditioner combo (I’ve used two sets and will use the last one this week), and I also was super excited to try them because I LOVED the leave-in spray as it left my naturally dry, frizzy hair feeling super soft & hydrated, but the shampoo surprisingly felt like a clarifying wash as it left my hair feeling pretty stripped 🙁 The conditioner was nice though! Maybe the shampoo felt stripping because I have dry hair.
Good to know about the Amika 🙂 I was also surprised by the Bumble & Bumble since it has “oil” in its name and I really loved the leave-in spray. At least the conditioner was good! 🙂
Oh bummer! I figured something with oil in the title would be good for my dry/frizzy hair. I’ll make a note to come back here and let you know what I think once I use it 🙂
As a side note – the Amika Kure shampoo was almost too moisturizing for me so that one might be good for you!
Eh? I wouldn’t pay for foil packet samples that I get at Sephora for free (pretty sure I have most of these samples in my collection already), but to each their own.
