I purchased this box and the Wen conditioner was made in 2015. Six years old. The tanning drops were used. I contacted Wen. They advised that I do not use the product and they consider it expired. I contacted QVC and they said I can return the box for a refund or replacement. I said I would like a replacement. I was then told that they couldn’t guarantee that it won’t be an expired product in the replacement box. !?

Got my box yesterday and same thing. Wen was from 2015 and tanning drops were half empty? This was my first QVC TILI box and will be my last.

Same with my wen and tanning drops. I was told I can return it (at my expense.) What are they even thinking? I’ve used wen and this is clearly spoiled. I won’t buy another of these.

QVC has come out with a couple more new TILI boxes. Just search Try It Love It on QVC’s site. 🙂

yes, be very careful when ordering this box…i got last months box and the Wen cond. was expired…they said i could send the box back..or get 5.00 off…will not order from here again for a while…

I love Elemis but I really loathe wen. Qvc loves to include wen in every box. I wish they would stop doing that.

I also loathe Wen. Plus the instructions are ridiculous for my hair length – it requires using like half the bottle and would coat every strand with a thickness of like 1/4 inch of product if I actually used as much as they say. (Well that and it leaves me a greasy mess. I’m better off just skipping a wash.)

Well. I’ve used wen, for in between days, and I just use 2 pumps. Then the next day I use shampoo and conditioner as usual.
So I don’t * hate* wen. I find any cowash useful for every other day hair cleaning, because you get a little fresher and you don’t strip your hair.
I just make sure I don’t massage it into my scalp. I have dry curly hair. So I need to get it wet everyday, anyway.

I love that Elemis apricot toner I used it up several months ago I’d love another one and I haven’t tried Wen before either and I love hair care products for my wavy dry thick coarse color treated hair!
