“There’s no right or wrong when it comes to glam,” she says. “My motto is do whatever makes you feel like your best self.” Glam Bag x Khloé lets you in on all her beauty secrets, from her go-to products, to tips from her inner circle, and exclusive access to her epic glam team. “Basically, you’re getting the full VIP treatment.”

does anyone know the email for Ipsy? After purchasing something over 4 weeks ago I tried to reach out to them and the only way I have found is through Facebook messenger. All they keep saying is “sorry we can’t send you a replacement because that item is sold out”. Now I want to cancel my Glam X waitlist so I’m not charged. The fact contacting them is so difficult I might just cancel everything.

Reply ButtonReply

Susan

I cancelled directly on Ipsy’s website. Hard to figure out how so I Googled for instructions.

Reply ButtonReply

Kimber

It’s not giving me an option on the website I think because I’m still on the waitlist. I’d like to to notify them before I’m charged and I don’t trust the facebook messenger folks

Katy

I am not a fan of the Kardashians in any way, shape, or form, but I can’t deny these are some amazing products, especially the skin care. I am able to put my negatives opinions of the family aside since the products are worth it to me. If they aren’t for you, by all means cancel the subscription or just get a regular ot plus bag, but some of the hate on here is super nasty and uncalled for regardless of your views on the Kardashians.

I agree 100%! Its horrible to see all the judgmental & downright nasty comments! At the end of the day, they’re human beings just like us & everyone has skeletons in their closets but people overlook that bcuz their own skeletons weren’t played out on TV for the 🌎 to see! My Daddy always said “Don’t judge but if you do, prepare to be judged just as harshly as you judged them!” And Khloe isn’t pushing her family’s products on us, i don’t understand! She’s putting some really great brands in our boxes & many I’d never be able to afford by theirselves! Im very grateful to try some of these brands! Im excited! I loved February’s box & i know I’ll love May’s box!

Susan

Once I see what Ms. Kardashian has picked, along with my options to pick for myself, can I skip or is it too late then?

Reply ButtonReply

monica a cagle

All of the people who weren’t able to get the February Glambag X and who are languishing on the waitlist are going to be absolutely thrilled by all the people who are cancelling their subscription just because it’s associated with a Kardashian. They’re in luck, too, because there are some genuinely A+ items in this curation.

Andrea

Love the options … curious to know what will come in the box for every member. I have tried the dose and co powder at Target and it is amazing for stoping nails from breaking. So if I can I will pick this again. Either palette would be great but hoping for Patrick Starr since I don’t have any of this products. Hoping for the Mac lipstick.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

I love and would be excited to receive everything pictured except the Patrick Starr palette (I have too many neutral palettes).

Reply ButtonReply

elizabeth hendr

Could care less about the Kardashians, but I have always always wanted to try the Charlotte Tilbury cream. Don’t really care about any of the other items though and will scream if I get another wacky color palette like that.

Reply ButtonReply

Angela

I need a new Modern Renaissance mine expired but wouldn’t mind the Patrick Starr palette either. I am usually happy with everything I receive unless I get all haircare and no skincare like in last glam bag X!

Reply ButtonReply

Nique

Powder eyeshadows can last up to a decade. The six month ABH expiration date is a trap!

Reply ButtonReply

Bonnie

I feel like anyone who ever wanted Modern Renaissance has gotten it by now, so I hope not to get that. I would love to get the Patrick Starr palette.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

I don’t have it; it’s been on my list, but with all the palettes I get in sub boxes I’ve never been able to justify the purchase. I’m crossing my fingers I get it.

Reply ButtonReply

Alinea M.

I don’t have the Modern Renaissance palette either & I’m thrilled to possibly receive it along with several other items! I’m stoked!

Reply ButtonReply

Makeup86

I don’t have it, I’m too cheap to buy it outright, so I’d be very glad to get it.

Reply ButtonReply

Tiffany

I may be the only one who doesn’t own Modern Renaissance, lol, but I wouldn’t be mad if I got it! I really want Olaplex #0, I am just about out of mine. My hair really benefited from Olaplex #0 & #3. I highly doubt ill get CT moisturizer but I can dream can’t I?

Reply ButtonReply

TK

Please, no Kardashian junk.

I have a therapy about how IPSY is going to pick out the items they customize for you. If you did not get the February 2021 box they will probably give you those products. This is what I have noticed with the Glam bag plus. They few times I have gotten those boxes most of the options I get to pick are older options and so are the items IPSY picks out for me. I noticed some of the glam bag x items are available for individual sale. I think if they don’t sell out of the older items before the May Glam Bag X and you’re a first time subscriber, then they are probably going to give you those items. We will see. Normally past behavior predicts future behavior.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

That would be pretty scummy of them, considering they are advertising only the products pictured above as potential May GBX spoilers. I’m not saying Ipsy’s above that, but it would be a bait-and-switch.

Reply ButtonReply

lisa

I agree with this. I’m tempted frequently by Plus but I’m afraid if I resubscribe I will get things already offered that didn’t do well. I see it with others who post their bags.

Reply ButtonReply

Jeanine

I feel like I have to see the may plus spoilers before I cancel. I feel like last month I got screwed out of foundation and a really cute heart bag!!! Ps I hate this months bags!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Angela

What foundation? I didn’t get any either! I got all three bags too.

Dianne

Khloe Kardashian super excited can’t wait. I want both palettes. ☘️❤️

Reply ButtonReply

Alinea

I agree Dianne! She’s picked some amazing products I’ve never tried & would love to!! I was extremely happy with February GBX!!🥰🥰

Reply ButtonReply

Carol

I like these products a lot more than BoxyLuxe, but I am not really interested in anything with so many full-size items (too much stuff lol). The Herbivore and RMS products look nice though.

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya M

I feel ya Carol… I finally hit the pause button for Ipsy so will see if I’m ready to come back in June. I did find out we are going back to office part time in mid to late April … I’m been diligent about skincare which I have so much of it’s crazy but less so about eyeshadow. I am also seeking to try other Sub boxes like Trunk Club or Breo Box. I’m exploring.

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya M

I may try Stitch Fix and a few others .. I’m looking around to see what non beauty box subs I can try out .. change is good. Thanks for the recommendation. Looks like lifestyle boxes still give skincare and honestly I need to chill out on adding to product stash so clothing and candles and maybe flowers or books good to try.

Carol

I recently got a Stitch Fix which was fun. There was the excitement of the personalization, surprise of the stylist’s pick, plus the fun of getting a package. I only kept one item, so it didn’t really add too much to my stuff (and it was actually something I needed).

Marie

I already have and love the Modern Renaissance palette so hopefully I get the Patrick Star palette instead. I’m really excited to try the CT Magic Cream.

Reply ButtonReply

Ranee

I finally took the plunge on the X box for may…I’ll see how this goes…

Reply ButtonReply

Morgan

I found myself resubscribe got for a chance at modern Renaissance or 111Skin. Le sigh.

Reply ButtonReply

Piper

Apparently everyone is receiving the 111 Skin product.

Reply ButtonReply

Marta

Piper ,
What makes you think that? I love 111 Skin!!

Morgan

Worth it. Thanks!

I almost named my kid Piper. We opted for Elizabeth. Joke’s on my husband. Lizzie McGuire.

Morgan

Ugh. Resubscribing. I had to retype that 4 times to get autocorrect to stop sabotaging me.

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

Well this will be an easy pass, anything with the kardashian name is pure krap imo

Reply ButtonReply

Debi

Agreed – I don’t understand why they chose her to curate this bag. I thought they were going to feature make up artists to put together curations – not reality stars or Kardashians. This family is cringe worthy trash. I don’t want any part of it

Reply ButtonReply

Alinea M.

I’m sick of everyone trying to “Cancel Other’s!” These are not Kardashian products! Khloe was named Ipsy Spokeswoman, like hello, who would think she wouldn’t curate a box! Idk who the curator is, its about the products! And enough with downgrading women! We’re supposed to lift each other up! If you don’t like someone, my Dad taught me to keep it to myself or simply say I don’t support such & such but im not going to call another person trash! & if you’re not interested in Ipsy or that bag, CANCEL! IT’S THAT SIMPLE!

Victoria

Amy — based on your nasty comments, you don’t seem like the type I’d be taking advice from any time soon. Save it.

Amy

Victoria, enough with the virtue signaling. We are talking about the Kardashians, its not like they are a respected group in any circle. I have a teen daughter and they are certainly not role models or anyone I want her looking up to.

Sue

I agree with you 💯.The Kardashians need to be Kancled right along with Pepe Le pew.Lol..I don’t consider this family to be beauty taste makers. They are tasteless. I think cringe worthy trash is a very fitting description, since their business model was releasing a sex tape for PR. They definitely don’t serve as role models for body positivity either due to all the plastic surgery, Instagram filtering etc. I think this was a bad choice for Ipsy and there will be pushback.

Victoria

Debi — When rolling out Glam Bag X, Ipsy very clearly stated their intentions to include celeb curators. See below pulled from Ipsy’s website:
“Your Glam Bag X includes seven to eight full-size products (worth up to $350) specially curated by beauty’s biggest tastemakers and celebs”

They never said ONLY make up artists, that might be why you’re having a hard time managing your expectations.
Sidenote: I sincerely hope no one ever calls your family trash.

April JK

Canceled. No Kardashians.

Reply ButtonReply

Prettypony

look another dang 111skin….I am so sick of that brand. Everything else looks amazing! I hope they will have some of that in addons. I have not been swayed to X yet. I am really tempted.

Reply ButtonReply

Stephanie

Hate 111Skin too. They said this product will be in everyone’s box though 😬

Reply ButtonReply

Keri

I’m super excited- these products look great. I haven’t tried CT and the Anastasia palette looks fun, plus I would love that Olaplex and Kopari products. I’m not excited about the 111 Skin product since it’s in every subscription box it seems, but I can always give it away as a gift. Overall I’m pretty excited!

Reply ButtonReply

Julia

So THAT’S why I got an email from Khloe Kardashian today to the email address that ipsy has on file for me! ipsy sponsored that email but the “from” name was Khloe Kardashian. I never even put myself on the waiting list for Glam Bag X. I only have GBP.

Not cool, ipsy. Not all your customers are in their twenties, spend more time on Instagram than on reading a book, and think that that horrific family is worth salivating about.

Reply ButtonReply

Bonnie

But their target customer is in their 20s and heavily active on social media. Not sure how relevant the older Kardashians are to that age group though. I think they’re more into Kendall and Kylie.

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

It says their target customer is 18-35 and lower income. I personally think that’s ridiculous because alot of these products can be used by a wide range of ages. For example the anti aging products, body lotion, eye creams, foundation, make up removers and tools, the list goes on. Really anyone looking for a good deal can find useful products here. Ipsy certainly targets Instagram influencers to hawk their products. Everybody does it.

Mary

I see the Dose & Co packaging in the spoiler picture too. Does that mean we’re getting collagen to try?

Reply ButtonReply

Stephanie W

I signed up last month so I’m looking forward to trying out my first Glam Bag X. According to the site, everyone will get the 111Skin which I’m not mad about but I’m more excited about the CT moisturizer and the Prism. I’ve heard great things about those brands but never bought them myself. Under the Kopari is the container for Dose & Co collagen supplements which she has been advertising due to her partnership with the company. I see the logo isn’t visible so I wonder if they just used it as a prop or if it will be a possible inclusion to the box. She was promoting the product heavily for awhile and I’ve been interested in adding collagen to my routine so I’m hoping it’s an option even as an add on.

Reply ButtonReply

Vic

Hi Stephanie — Ipsy currently has a deal for a Dose & CO Collagen Duo in Shopper. It’s $35 for:
• Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder 14.8 oz
• Pure Collagen Peptides 10 oz

The protein powder usually retails for $35 so basically you’re getting the peptides included for free.

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Yesssss, I’ve been wanting to try Herbivore Prism. Wouldn’t mind the Charlotte Tilbury either, of course. I would be very disappointed to get the 111Skin instead of either of those. 😂

Reply ButtonReply

Snow

First ipsy and now migraine commercials. I don’t care for celebrity influenced anything.

Reply ButtonReply

Kathie

The whole Glam Bag X is based on Celebrity Influence each bag will be curated by a Celebrity.

Reply ButtonReply

Snow

Amy, I agree. And I had to laugh at the whatever idiot they can find comment.

Jennifer

Patrick Ta made sense since he’s a makeup designer, and they had some nice tutorial stuff for achieving his “look.”

The Kardashians are rather less inspiring.

Morgan

I miss Ipsy of the olden days. I loved the themes back in 2016 and early 2017.

That said, there are some things in this box I wouldn’t mind getting.

Amy

I thought it was supposed to be celebrity makeup artist/beauty guru curated not just whatever idiot they found

Definitely disappointed by this move on ipsy’s part. Unless there’s something truly incredible guaranteed I’ll be passing on all of ipsy, I quit with them two months ago and they’re definitely making it easier to stay gone!

Rose

LOL! You are quite correct Kathie. To be honest, I don’t care who is curating this box if I get some of these coveted options.
