The February 2021 Ipsy Add-Ons are available now! These are additional products you can add to your Glam Bag, Glam Bag Plus, or Glam Bag X subscription.

Here’s everything you need to know about Ipsy Add-Ons:

You have to reveal your glam bag spoilers to gain access to Add-Ons. To access add-ons, visit ipsy.com or the ipsy mobile app for your monthly Spoiler Alert. Once you complete the Spoiler Alert, you will see a selection of products that can be added to your bag. Select the products you’d like, confirm your order, and the products will ship with your glam bag

You may choose up to 8 add-on products per month. These items will be added to your glam bag shipment. And shipping is free!

The Add-Ons will be a small selection of products, some of which are from that month’s Glam Bag assortment.

I actually was thrilled by the $3 purchases and got several things. My free gift after $24 of add-ons was a makeup setting spray.

I didnt get any of my add-on’s. I had them all picked out early yesterday morning, but I couldn’t get back to the page to pay for it. It kept trying to reload where I’d see a quick picture of my bag items on top & then a blank page….every….single…time….! And ipsy did nothing about it the couple times that I tried differently to contact them, which was an even bigger disappointment! I never have problems! I’m not thrilled with this month’s bag & not so much the add-on either, but I still chose several! I would’ve liked to have purchased the add-on’s for the X bag! They had gorgeous add-on’s! I don’t know what the regular bag had but to be honest, the Plus bag was not a hit this month, especially with all of the problems. And last month so stellar! I loved almost everything I rcvd on top of the add-on’s! It made my bag almost perfect!

I thought it was cool you could get a free lip scrub with $24 worth of add-ons. Why is no one talking about that? Anyway, sad thing is I bought the lip scrub last month. Oh well, now I will have one for home and one for travel.

I don’t think everyone got that offer. I have two accounts and only got that offer on my original Glam Bag account. Not my X account or my newer Glam Bag or newer Plus account.

I agree with the other poster about the $3 category being particularly dismal this month. The only things I wanted were in the $12 and $18 categories and lately it hasn’t sit right with me to spend that much on top of my bags, mainly due to product overload. Everyone is tempting me to try a MUFE foundation, though.

I love waiting to complete add-ons until I read the comments here and see what everyone’s buzzing about or recommends.

If anyone else is eyeing the MUFE foundations, their site has an AMAZING shade match tool! I was bummed that none of the shades will work for me, but it’s nice to know that before spending $18 🙂

I was really bummed the ahava hand cream wasn’t offered as an add on!! I would have chosen my picks differently if I had known it wouldn’t be offered. I got the sleep scrunchies… I got them in the past and love them!! They really help to not have hair creases after sleeping!!

I got the glow recipe mist (clean beauty options, horray!), the MF foundation, and the Farrah powder brush.

Also, finally happy with my bag this month. Foundation brush, clensing oil, porefectionist refining facial, a moisture mask, and the full size luminizing primer I picked as choice. Love a skin care heavy bag!

This was my first time to select
It was kinda underwhelming lol

Then the website crashed and wasn’t able to even choose anything from the add ons

Are we able to shop it afterwards or you only get on chance?

The website crashed as I was trying to get add ons. I couldnt get back in. Then I saw Ipsy emailed saying action required. The email showed they had my choices confirmed but if I wanted to get add ons I needed to click “shop now.” I got back in to add ons from clicking that.

As long you haven’t actually made an add-on purchase you should be able to buy add-ons until tomorrow afternoon. Once you make an add-on purchase then you can’t make another one. If you get both regular Ipsy and Ipsy plus then you can add add-ons to both of your bags so you can buy some on one bag and then go back later and buy some on the other bag.

I was really impressed with the add-on selection this month. And because I canceled GBX at the last second (and wow, do I feel like I dodged a bullet with that one), I went HAM on add-ons. Thrilled to see the Vitabrid serum again, as that’s my HG vit-C serum and $12 is a steal. Also added the MUFE foundation in y218 Porcelain, the Glow Recipe spray, Benefit Lovetint, ThisWorks In Transit Camera Close-Up (been wanting to try this for *years*), and the Kitsch scrunchies. All told it cost slightly more than GBX, and I’m much happier with what I’m actually getting.

Crossing my fingers the MUFE foundation is a good match for me and not too peachy. Sephora reviews said that shade is great for true neutrals, which is what I need.

I loved the Add-Ons selection this month! I thought there was a great variety! I picked up several things and they gave me the Naked Cosmetics lip scrub as a free product. 🙂

I usually don’t buy add-ons but my bag was so bad, I couldn’t help it this month. I ended up going with the satin scrunchies, the lip oil, and the Marc Anthony hair mask.

I’m in the same boat. All I really wanted was the blush and didn’t get it. This was my first and last Ipsy Choice!

I added on 4 products and my total was $26 but then only 2 add-ons went through for $6. Did anyone else have this issue. I cannot go back to add-ons either. I really wanted to try the Dr. Brandt mask.

Yes! I had $39 dollars worth of products in my cart and only one $12 item went through! I’m hoping they’re still available for second chances tomorrow 🙁

As usual, I’m disappointed by what’s available in the $3 category vs what products are in the glam bag this month.

I did get the Balance Me eye cream. (I’m currently using up a sample of it, I think from Birchbox.)
