  1. I am excited to receive my February box this week and the March Box looks awesome! I love 111SKIN, Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream and Ahava. I can’t wait! Thank You, Allure!

    • Agree. This looks GREAT

      • I skipped March.

  2. I know I’ll use everything so am fine with these.

Just hoping for something fun like the nail stickers in the next spoiler! So far it seems like a “replenish your staples” box to me.

  3. Got this in allure email “ Get ready for next month’s picks from Pixi, 111Skin, Eyeko, and more—including four full-size products!”. Pic shows pixi lip glow possibly in ruby.

    • Again lip and again same boring colour ?? Disappointing, none of full size worth even old price to me. Likely go back to skip. I agree with former comments that 111 is a subscription box brand with lesser ingredients. I’m not putting on my face

    • I didn’t get that email.

      • I got it on Monday- Your February Roundup

  4. i do like bum bum cream!!! but wow i already have so many 111 items

  5. is the free flower bomb gift just a sample? (love flower bomb scents by the way)

I think our favorite item from Allure so far was that Christoph Robine hair cream from last month. Could definitely use more of those types again

  6. Has anyone tried an eyeshadow stick like that? I thought it was an eyeliner at first. The picture doesn’t make it look very creamy, I’m not sure how my lids will like this..I might just use it as an eyeliner anyway, which would make it a good travel product for me, as I can make both day and night looks with it

  7. I’m also not thrilled that the 111 was made in China instead of Europe. I also don’t like the scent of Bum Bum products. I might skip.

  8. I’m really excited for this box! I hope I get the hand cream and I’m excited for the eyeshadow stick!

  9. I canceled today. I don’t want anymore palettes so I sure as hell don’t want an eyeshadow stick lmao! I went through a whole 111 skin of that same one from Ipsy and it did NOTHING! I’m tired of bum bum n ahava is so boring too, n I’m getting a similar one in my Ipsy GB too. I used to looooooooove this box but I’ve only gotten February in months. I didn’t even want February to be honest lol I got it for the hair product and the lippy is not bad! Gave the serum to my mom and the other 3 products were dumb. Lol I’m sorry guys 😝 little vent here 🤣🤣🤣.

    • The 111 skin items I’ve received in Ipsy & boxy have been made in China not Europe like the usual 111skin items I’ve tried previously. It’s like they are cheapening the formulas or something! If you look at the ingredients there’s absolutely nothing revolutionary or unique that justifies the price, especially when they “dumb down the formulas”.
Wish allure would make skipping months easier. Cause this just box just isn’t worth it, I’m not going to use any of these products.

      • Hope, it’s actually quite easy to skip, I just did it a short while ago. You just call and tell them you want to skip March, resume in April. It only took me a few seconds to get that done.

      • I just shoot them a quick email, it’s always been pretty easy

      • If you sub through Amazon it’s one click to skip! I am tired of fake 111 Skin as well, going to go skip now!

    • I decided I was DONE with Allure after those embarrassing December and January boxes, but dang I was so in love with the February box that I ended up ordering 4 of them 🤷‍♀️ That February box gave me so much hope! The U skincare serum is so, so good and it’s not one of those insanely expensive filler items that no one actually buys(I’m looking at you 111 Skin and Avant.) I’m a sucker for anything Christoph Robin and I’m even in love with the Floss lippie!

I was still riding the high from the February box… then I saw this one and I’m 100% ready to cancel again. I’ve gotten like 10 different 111 skin items from Ipsy, boxycharm, or birchbox and I’ve yet to try one that actually DOES anything. It’s clear the company only exists to add imaginary value to subscription boxes.

      • How can we purchase multiple boxes with same address/name? I’m a year subscriber but may want one more Feb box if possible.
Not March, one seems enough or I may even skip it. Waiting for for more spoilers.

      • I have a question about that U serum. Mine has absolutely no product info on the container itself. Not how to use, Not ingredients…nothing really, except to say to refer to the outer packaging for this info. But once I took it out of the packaging I disposed of the packaging. Like most people do, I’d think. It makes me wonder, is such a product permitted to be sold like this? Maybe this container was a mistake somehow? I’m just suspicious of it.

      • 111 Skin is legit and pretty popular at Neiman Marcus. But they cheapen up the formula for these boxes so the products aren’t as effective.

  10. So far these 3 work for me. I’d prefer the Bum Bum, since I already own two full-sized versions of that hand cream, but this can always be a purse one. While 111Skin is overpriced, I always love another Vitamin C serum. And I love shadow sticks on my late days, so a brown neutral is my fave. I always seem to get champagnes, which don’t really help me get ready quickly.

  11. I don’t like the variations because there is always one product I would prefer over the other and it seems like I usually get the one I didn’t want as much, ugh! Will wait to see what the other products are, but strongly considering skipping this month.

  12. So far, I’m liking this box…with the exception of the eyeshadow stick.

    • Yeah, out of all the combinations in that product, this one is the least interesting.

  13. Surprised by all the hate. These are good products and a nice variety – skin (face), body, makeup (and NOT another black eyeliner! Yay!). Full size of a very expensive serum. The Bum Bum and Ahava are not new but they are well-loved. I say thumbs up.

    • I think a lot of the disdain comes from the star item being something that many of us have gotten in other boxes already. It’s not exciting and I have 6 111skin products sitting in a drawer somewhere from the last five months. It’s over saturation. Beyond that it’s not the same product that you would buy in Nordstrom’s—it’s a cheap version with subpar ingredients made in China that they give to beauty boxes.

    • Well, the serum you will get is not the same they sell in stores. The one from allure is made in China. I noticed every time I get products from sub boxes made in china , when I compare the ingredients with the official websites ones it does not match. That’s why I do not use it. I will personally skip the march box, and I hope those of you who don’t check the ingredients list before you use it . I am not trying to be a hater I am just very careful with what I put on my face.

  14. Does anyone know how much longer till we can order and get the March box instead of February?

    • If you want March, you have to wait until march 1st

      • Thank you!

  15. I have gotten that damn bum bum cream from every freaking box i’ve ever subscribed to- and sephora! please dear lord don’t let me get the cream again.

    • I’ll take them all! 😂

      • When would we have to email them by to skip this box? I’m on annual. So far it really looks like maybe the least interesting one since I started. It makes sense to extend the year instead.

        Annuals can still skip, right?

      • Robin, yes, annuals can still skip. What I learned when I called to skip March is that they technically just do a countdown on the # of boxes you have left. They just count one down for each month you get a box. So you can skip whenever you want and just use what boxes you have left when you want.

I was told I needed to call by the 3rd of the month to skip that particular month. If you plan to email them, I’d say back that up a few days in case they are backlogged on emails and don’t get to yours on the same day.

      • That’s great, thank you for the info.

I wasn’t sure if it had to be before the new month, even starts. Or even like, now.

That Eye pencil looks terrible. I throw most hand cream in a box. The 111skin, I’m not excited about, especially from what I’m hearing.

Frankly, I’d be really upset if I paid 23 for these boxes. I already made sure the annual didn’t renew. It would be a fortune for something not worth it.

  16. I’ll be honest, was looking for the third FULL SIZE item.

  17. I would love the box if it weren’t for the fact that I still have over half a bottle of the vitamin c powder so I don’t need more vitamin c and it’s not like I can just store the 111 skin and use it when I’m done with the powder since vitamin c is so unstable and goes bad fairly quick

    • I don’t think it would be an issue as long as you don’t open the bottle.

    • You can store the rest of your powder and go back to it later, it’s stable as long as it doesn’t get wet

      • I love a dual ended shadow stick but I don’t think I can pull off those shades. I’m always up for trying a new vitamin c brightening booster and Ahava usually smells nice. Not an exciting box but I’ll wait another month to cancel. btw, the V&R nectar sample is extremely tiny – adorable, but doll house small.

  18. I am so unimpressed with 111Skin and the overinflated price for a different formula. It makes me look at the entire brand poorly even if the other products are good. If the formula I’m trying isn’t all that special, and I can get affordable products of better quality, it just makes me feel like they’re pulling a con on me. I’d rather have solid brands, smaller sizes, and a lower price point. It felt like a great deal at $15, and a small price increase would have been okay/understandable if I was getting to try a lot of deluxe samples of things I might actually want to buy.

  19. Where’s the fancy, new, special, exciting products they were promising for the price hike? These are been there done that mostly. snooze fest.

    • Exactly! The price went up and the quality went way down! Eyeko?!? I remember getting them an ipsy every month for 6 months and couldn’t give those products away! Hard pass

    • Yep, I’m cancelling right now.

  20. I’m not excited.

    • Same. Skipping

      • Me three, unless the rest of the spoilers are awe-inspiring.

  21. FYI, after initially refusing to answer the question, 111skin confirmed that the serum in the allure March 2021 box is made is China and not Europe like the products sold at retail…just as other commenters have predicted.

    • Ofc. Did they say whether the ingredients were the same or have they been switched out for cheaper stuff?

      • I did not ask but it was like pulling teeth to get them to say that it was made in China. Based on their reluctance to disclose where it’s made, I wouldn’t put that stuff on my face

    • Thank you, that was just the push I needed to skip this month!

    • Wow! Thank you for sharing this! This is totally ridiculous… and definitely should not be allowed! Its like buying fake or a knock off purse. Its either not real OR they switched out some of the expensive ingredients for other/ cheaper ingredients. I was actually surprised to see this in this month’s box & THIS is exactly why! Easy skip!

      • Thanks, CHINA! NOPE, I am skipping.

I have never skipped a box either.
I hope it’s an easy process.

    • Well that sucks… now idk if I should skip, I was actually into the box before 🙁

    • Gross! I will definitely pass. It makes me wonder about the U beauty in February’s box.

      • Both The U beauty and the Christophe robin hair mask were made in Italy. The floss lip advocate was made in China.

      • I’m super suspicious of the U beauty product, because the plastic container has NO info…no ingredients, no instructions for use…the only thing it says is to refer to the outer packaging for this info. But since the outer packaging (just a basic cardboard box) wasn’t anything special, I disposed of it. Like many people do! It makes me wonder if this batch were considered defective (the container, not necessarily the product) so they were willing to put them in a box. Can such a product even be sold in the US without any product or use info on the container? And it’s not like the container is too small to fit the info. It’s huge!

  22. I was holding out hope, i have no idea why anymore. Between this crap & that color stick thing, I’m gone.

  23. Every time spoilers come out for allure box, I’m so sad they don’t ship to Canada!!!!!!
    Y’all luckkkky lol

  24. 🤗😍😍🤗

  25. I’m sure I’m in the minority here, but I’d vastly prefer the hand cream. I’m going through so much right now with all the hand sanitizer and hand washing I’m doing.

    • You’re not alone. I go through a ton of hand cream in the winter and love samples for desk, purse, car, etc. Also, I seem to be the only one who can’t stand the Bum-Bum products.

      • Nope, not the only one. I can’t handle the Bum-Bum scents either!

      • With Bum-Bum I can’t get past the smell.

I’ve used Ahava in the past and it’s just okay.

I am severely underwhelmed here, y’all.

    • I’m with you on the hand cream! I’m an essential worker who uses her hands for detailed tasks. My nails were tearing off after being weakened by all the alcohol. I’ve had to treat my hands with my more nourishing face creams to rehab them, as well as keeping them super short. Besides, I can’t stand the smell of Bum Bum!

      • I love O’Keeffe’s Working Hands cream. My husband loves it, too.

    • You aren’t!! I want that hand cream. I lotion my hands up every night when I get in bed. Any moisturizer that isn’t a love for my face goes on my hands. So many people pamper their faces, but I can usually guess someone’s approximate age by looking at their hands!

      • Remember the full-size Verso eye serum? My feet really enjoyed it 😁

    • I have nothing against hand cream, but this is not a particularly good one imo

    • I have the large of the hand cream as well as two of the ones that size. It lasts and works really well. I also have that brand and size in another scent that is even better. That’s the only thing I’m looking forward too from the box. Once my annual is up I’m cancelling. I refuse to pay nearly $25 for the stuff they keep putting in there. I agree with everyone else that the BumBum cream smells too strong. I ordered some in November’s popup on BC and ended up giving it to my oldest daughter because one whiff made my head start hurting.

  26. OK, this is worth $23 to me. I love 111Skin and Bum-Bum. To me, this Ahava hand cream (and most of their products) smells like shampoo. The texture is fine, and I’m always using hand cream, so this will work either way. I routinely pay ipsy $18 for a full-size 111Skin serum, so for an additional $5 here, I will get the serum AND a bunch of interesting stuff. I’ll mark my calendar.

    • I don’t understand 111Skin- how can it have such a high retail value yet regularly be available on Ipsy for $18?

  27. I wonder which variation Amazon will have…

    • Me too!

  28. I’m sure it will be one of the smaller deluxe sample sizes…that serum is incredibly pricey!

  29. I must admit I was hoping they’ll include more body care (considering hands as part of the body), however the ahava hand cream has a smell that irritates my nose (it’s weird, I know). Overall, this box so far is not something I would pick, so I might respectfully skip and wait to see what April offers.

  30. I was wondering the same: should we assume the 25ml? I saw that the 40ml ahava hand cream retails for around $8, and the bum bum costs $9-10 for 25ml. I am guessing they are including products with a similar retail value.

  31. Still on the fence, no spoiler us a gave to have for me yet since I’m not a huge fan of 111Skin.

I did just get my February box, however, and I love this Floss balm. It’s just the perfect tint of color for my no-makeup days.

I also got the Flowerbomb Nectar and am liking it so far, so I’m interested to see how it transforms and dries down over the day. If you like the spicy smell of carnations, you might be into this – it’s a bit syrupy with floral elements, but balanced by spicy notes, a hint of gunpowder and smoke, and a tinge of vanilla. Oddly enough, this initial wear reminds me of the liptick-esque middle wear of Lipstick Fever – only Lipstick Fever has a sharper note coupled with heavy powder in the middle that makes it a bit too strong and annoying for me until it dries down. Flowerbomb Nectar, however, is intense without being too strong/cloying, and it has a sultry mellow spice that draws one in.

I haven’t played with the rest of my box yet, but I’m happy with February’s curation.

    • Jennifer, what was the size of the perfume? Was it a decent size bottle? At least a more deluxe size?

      • It’s a super cute little mini. Should last quite a long time

      • It’s one of those deluxe mini perfume bottles, maybe 15ml? It definitely should last a while. I loved it throughout the whole day, and the dry down was a gentle spicy vanilla with a bit of jasmine.

      • I received the small pink one, not the white or black n it was tiny. A little smaller than the Sephora deluxe perfumes maybe like 4 mls? Lol I’m so lucky 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Ughhh 🤣🤣🤣.

  32. Those two variations are not comparable… That being said, I REALLY hope I get the bum bum cream because I’ve never tried it AND I can’t be excited at all about hand cream.

    • FWIW – that hand cream is AMAZING.

      • Complete agree. I received a sample in my Ipsy bag of the hand cream and I actually commented on an MSA Ipsy page how I was not looking forward to it and then someone commented how amazing it was. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the texture and scent. And very very moisturizing! If it weren’t for that comment, it probably would have wound up in the donation bin.

      • I second Sherri’s statement. I have a full-sized tube at my desk and would not be mad to have a smaller tube to keep in my car.

      • Vic – there’s a good chance that was me! 🙂 I remember someone in an MSA post some time ago saying ugh, they’d just throw theirs in a drawer and never touch it, and I said nooooo, you gotta try it, it’s amazing, and then later they circled back to say thanks, that they had tried it on my recommendation and really liked it.

      • Ha yes Sherri that was you! I remember coming back on here to thank you!

    • I 3rd the notion as well. 🙂 I somewhat hope you get the hand cream Cat. The whole brand is exquisite and based on Dead Sea minerals, which can be politically sketchy, due to the lifetime war going in that region and the direct access they “get” to the sea.😏 BUT, the hand cream is AMAZEBALLS!🥰 I use it all over my body and have been eczema free for years now. The blue bottle is my fave, but I would not recommend wearing it to bed, or around many men…🤷🏽‍♀️ My normal perfume attaches to it and the hubs can’t keep his hands to himself! Never fails! 🤭🤗🤭

But the beige one is safe for all hours! 😄😁😆

      Good luck! 😉

      • Hi Layla, there is no issue for the company to get to the Dead Sea as Ahava is an Israeli company. There are issues and that has to do with the persecution of the Palestinians by the Israelis which is why I don’t support Israeli made products.

      • What kind of perfume did you use with the blue bottle? I need to make me some love potion LOL

    • I might be in the minority, but I don’t like that hand cream. Had to toss it in my work desk to force myself to use it up and still threw half of it away once we stopped going to the office

  33. Oh I wish we could pick, I have so much Bum Bum and Ahava!!!! There are so many Brands out there why can’t we get New Stuff!!! They should give us the option to pick like so many other Subscriptions. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  34. What a weird variation. Vastly different items and brands.

    • I agree, it’s weird.

    • Why weird? I see that – different kinds of items, different brands – as a plus. Something in each category. I don’t need every box to be themed.

  35. Ahava is my all time favorite hand cream! But I have stocked up and don’t need it esp since it’s the small size. And I don’t like that bumbum cream 🤣 and chances are I’d get that anyway. I’m signed up through Amazon but I think I’ll cancel since reviews on the serum aren’t great. Loved February box!

  36. Oldies but goodies…

  37. What size though, there’s like 4 bum bum packaging versions

    • How I would love if it was full size…but I would awesome not.

      • Not gonna lie, I hate everything in this box but would go for it if it was guaranteed bum bum cream and almost any size. FWIW, the mini to standard sizes are .84 oz, 1.5, 2.5, and 8.1. .84 is the size Sephora used to give in last years birthday bonus, 1.5 is sold at Sephora in a combo with other travel sized stuff for about $25 on sale, and again at Sephora, 2.5 retails for $20, while the full size 8.1 is $45. I’m assuming .84 or 1.5 at best is what they’re including as a “not full size” and I can buy that directly.

    • To be comparable in price to the Ahava (about $8) it would be the 25 ml size ($10).

    • Bum Bum was sent out in ABB in October 2019, so guessing it’s the same size of 25ml.
