Finally got my box today. It included:

Coffee scrub
Pillowcase
Reusable zip bags
Kettle
Foot masks

I meant to cancel after the fall box but missed the deadline. I’m fine with these choices – might use the kettle as a watering can for my houseplants.

Just adding to the chorus of people who are annual subscribers but haven’t received their box yet.

Hmmm, missed it. Now they’re selling the Intro Box for $25

Mine is due to arrive tomorrow. 🙂

Got it! The kettle is way smaller than I was imagining in my head, and came looking pretty dingy and dusty. I polished it up with a microfiber cloth and it looks fine now, minus a couple spots on the handle where the coating is thin/missing, and the bottom of it still is dimpled with tiny dents. No idea why, maybe they stored these for a really long time on dusty shelves before packing them? I cleaned it and used it, and it seems to work fine. The lid doesn’t actually sit on though, it has a bump that keeps it tilted. Maybe that is to vent the steam, but it looks really weird when not in use, lol. It made a nice cup of tea though, and I got to try my new Lily Pulitzer mugs from Fab Fit Fun. Sub box items are taking over my house, haha.

My 4 yr old daughter was very excited about the box itself, and has been busy coloring and gluing to the box. She just made a dragon giraffe. 🙂 A bonus “coloring page” came in the info booklet, and she’s very happy about that as well!

I’m an annual subscriber and my box hasn’t even shipped yet.

Mine shipped on December 26 but it just seems to be bouncing back and forth between Virginia and West Virginia over and over again. It’s made it to the town next to mine twice… Then it just drifts back to West Virginia. Fedex, ugh. I picked the planner and would have loved to receive it early in the month. But I did get my add ons earlier this week.

Just received my box today in Chicago for those waiting. I’m annual and really not that impressed with this month. Items are ok and I wouldn’t have purchased any in my own. Good luck to those waiting.

I also got two boxes. One of them (with cardigan, earrings, calendar) arrived in December. The other one not yet. So i imagine they are waiting for one of the items. I so love this box! Everything was so useful and nice! I’m still using everything form the fall box, and now winter box.

No point contacting customer service – they are pleasant but don’t say anything. The shipping issue really is ridiculous and not to receive market order either. I ordered the first day of market and I’m an annual. The lack of communication is disappointing.

One of my boxes arrived before the end of the year, while the other hasn’t even shipped yet. The one that shipped had the wrap in it — the one with the kettle hasn’t.

Kate

I’m annual and waiting too! And still waiting on market place order too. Hopefully it ships soon. I don’t even remember what I ordered!

Reply ButtonReply

Sabrina

I hopped on the Black Friday deal and I’m regretting it now. Still no box just awaiting shipment. Is it even worth it to contact them?

Reply ButtonReply

Julie

I can’t believe so many annuals haven’t gotten theirs yet! Against my better judgment I ordered a seasonal box when they ran the $29 deal. I am not a fan of not being able to choose but for this particular curation I didn’t have any strong preferences among the choices and I didn’t want to spend the next year being agitated by their slow shipping. Getting a planner after January is going to have me feeling a certain kind of way though so I really hope they don’t send me one.

Reply ButtonReply

Anam

Yup I really hope they don’t send a planner to people whose boxes are shipping in Jan.

Reply ButtonReply

Julia

I feel the same about planners. I’m writing every date on pieces of paper or the business cards. Boot a fan of late planners.

Reply ButtonReply

Lenya

Mine hasn’t shipped yet, according to the Causebox site. I’m a little irked, considering this isn’t my first box or anything, but I’m not annual so I don’t have a specific curation they have to follow, either. I just want my box 🙁 I love the contents, but the consistent slow shipping/delivery each quarter has me contemplating unsubscribing. It’d be better even if there was just communication on an estimated shipping date, instead of “awaiting shipment.”

I received my box and marketplace order just after the 1st. Loved everything! The wrap is so soft and warm. Not a huge fan of the sleeve cut, but I can live with it.

Mel

I will order from CB when I can pick out 1 or 2 items….

Reply ButtonReply

Pilar

I don’t have any shipping information on my box yet, and I ordered two months ago.

Reply ButtonReply

Tina Ames

It would be nice if they shipped existing customers their winter box first, before taking more orders for the winter box…..Here it is the middle of January and a lot of us have not received the winter box yet, very frustrating.

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

So done with this box. Way too long to ship. You have had my money 2 months

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

I received both my winter box and my marketplace order at least last week, maybe the week before. I live in Texas and am an annual subscriber.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Me, too!

Reply ButtonReply

V

Im annual and mine just says awaiting shipment. I honestly forgot about this box until I saw this thread

Reply ButtonReply

Dawn

I had to laugh at this, because it’s exactly the same for me. This post actually made me think, “Hey, I haven’t gotten my box or my market shipment either!” I’m not done with CB yet, but this is starting to have shades of FFF’s begging for new customers while not delivering great service for existing customers that made me drop my subscription. Hoping they course correct, because it’s been a box I’ve enjoyed.

Lizc

I’m an annual. It hasn’t shipped yet, nor the marketplace order. Their shipping really is a disaster. The boxes feel kind of “ordinary” these days. I won’t be resubscribing unless they start improving the shipping. Their marketplace is great but their shipping is even worse with that.

Reply ButtonReply

Rochelle

Mine hasn’t sipped yet. I’m an annual subscriber.

Cynthia

Didn’t renew my annual this fall since their boxes have gotten boring, practical but boring, and I didn’t care for the fall box. Didn’t care for the winter box either but bought it during the $30 sale in early December since I didn’t care what I got and figured $30 for 5 gifts and the toner for me was a great deal. At this point I don’t think I’ll be receiving it until February which is the end of “winter” where I live. I really hope they don’t send out planners to all of us shipping at the end. Will be cancelling and will consider resubscribing if they can fix their shipping issues.
