I like the box for the $25 I spent just fine. But the idea that the lip balm I got gets purchased by anyone for $33 is the biggest joke I’ve heard since 2019. It is still just lip balm and worse, the smell and taste is just the worst. It’s disappointing that Dr. Brant eye cream has fragrance in it. I don’t care about scent except for my eyes. They’re the first to be going to hell so I’m extra careful of them. The Pharmacy moisturizer is ok but feels like it would be better for spring or summer. I haven’t tried the Ciate eyeshadow yet but I like the color story, and the Micellar Water/Toner remains to be tried, but the price is such a joke. A huge joke. $90? On what planet. I guess as long as Boxy sells me the illusion of living like a high rolller I’ll keep buying their boxes, but I don’t buy the “value” of their prices. Even if these things sell to a few lost department store shoppers with more money than time to research ingredients. I wish all these companies would quit lying to us. There are a lot of lower-priced makeup and skincare brands that are showing us that the ingredients can be way cheaper.

I am very disappointed!! I subscribed on 11/2020, HAVENT RCVD ANY OF THE TWO BOXES THAT WERE LISTED AS SENT. not even a pending date. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY DO NOT OFFER A CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE # OR EMAIL IN WHICH WE CAN CONTACT SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH.
BE ADVISED. ONLY A AUTO ANSWER BUD. that’s it.

On their website there is a bot you can use. If you choose the selection for missing box it’ll generate a support ticket. Then you’ll get an automated email that you can reply to with even more details. I’ve had to do that twice and I just signed up at the beginning of November. Honestly their customer support is terrible but the boxes aren’t bad if you get them. My boxes came but I was missing products from my pop-up purchases. They claim they were delivered but I never received them and there was no emails sent about my orders much less tracking and their website is subpar with very little information. I do suggest if you shop Pop-up that you only do one order. I did 3-4 as they added more products and I ended up getting packages with part of each order then another package with the rest of that order and part of another. It was really hard to keep track of what I did and didn’t receive.

Not a lot of products. If u take off the choice items, the fact that we’re supposed to get one of the palettes and one of the Farmacy products, there’s only 5 things left. Definitely not regretting canceling one of my subs!

I really hope the Framacy products and Violet Voss palette is in the add-on sale.

I believe that the products with the prices currently crossed out in the “Reviews” (and the “January Box”) section of the Boxy website will appear in the sale.
