Not me, but I thought some people lost their choice of the pur tinted moisturizer? Then I see it in pop up and in a lot of pr boxes on YouTube? Yikers

I got the Malin & Goetz oil and finally broke down & picked up the Alamar Spanglish palette. I got 2 cleansers for my sister (Peach & Lilly and Mamonde).
If anyone is looking for recs, the Touch in Sol Metallist eye shadow in Holo Mulberry is AMAZING. The Clarins Lip Perfector is also really good — makes it easy to effortlessly achieve the blurred lip K-Beauty trend. The Hank & Henry Las Hermanas palette is nice (though it does have a pressed glitter shade).
Anti-rec: the Ace Beaute bronzer & blush palettes have been in past sales for $4 each, and probably will be again, so wait on buying those if you’re interested in them.

I got the Natasha Denona palette because I didn’t receive it in my base when it was offered. I was very disappointed with the selection this time but this makes it easier to cancel.

I stocked up on the Maelin& Goetz oil. I love it so much hydrating and not greasy. I also got an extra Ole Henrikson phat facial and a LM caviar stick.

Same skincare items for me as well. Both the recovery oil and the phat facial mask are amazing and were at a great price. I also got the Pureheals sleeping pack mask which has been amazing for my skin.

I was so excited for this sale……but wow nothing was exciting. I got the Spanglish palette, Caviar Stick, and Fenty eyebrow product. I have been wanting that palette for a bit, it has looked great at the real swatches and looks I have seen. I am so sick of all these orange and pink palettes. Give us Coolers some loves. That is why I was hoping to get the Olive one this month. However I got the Ciate one, and it is so warm and looks horrible on me. One of the pans broke as I went to swatch it.

I never received my December Premium box, so I contacted customer service. I was informed that they would send me a replacement box, but they no longer had the Viseart Palette which had been my choice. Oh but don’t worry, we’ve given you enough Charms and special access to the Charm Room where you can have your choice of absolutely nothing that you want.
Then, I received a notice that they didn’t have enough Pur tinted moisturizer which was my choice for January. Again, some charms and special access to a Charm Room with junk.
Cut to Add-ons today and both the Viseart Palette and the Pur Tinted Moisturizer are available for rock bottom prices. Why Boxy? I’ve been a customer for over 5 years for Premium, base, and Luxe, and I’ve never skipped or left. Why would you treat your long term subscribers so crappy? So disappointed. I am mad at myself for staying with a company that sends me bummer boxes over 60% of the time and I end up buying what I really want in add-ons. Ugh!

I’m so sorry teenerg. Their customer service is truly dismal. I wanted to let you know that I don’t think you’re missing much with the Viseart palette that they’ve sent out. These are not the same as what you’d get if you bought retail. I’ve actually not seen anyone saying it that I can remember, but the ingredients list is different and the cardboard packaging is obviously different with the boxy code. I think it’s made in the US instead of Europe (guess it’s better than being China but still….) The other palette in there from true + luscious was also the most different/sub par dupe of the original formulation I have ever seen boxy or any sub box attempt. I was really bummed that the Viseart was a different formula, but the true luscious item was just a joke since the company is supposed to be about clean ingredients and the first time I’m introduced to their products, it’s with an item that had about 75% of the ingredients changed from the retail version. It was a HUGE change. I hope you have better luck with boxy if you continue to stay subscribed. I wish I could say I dumped them after I saw them do this again, but the Fenty and farmacy products kept me around dang it. I hope everyone stays alert on them doing this, and even companies as prestigious as Viseart are willing to compromise their formulas to get into the box Smdh,

I didn’t receive my Premium box from December until a couple of days ago. I have yet to receive my Ipsy Plus December box. Ipsy is resending this box thank goodness.
I always receive my base box early in the month and Premium comes a lot later. No rhyme or reason to how these boxes are shipped. Its like a crap shoot every month.

I ordered one of those Viseart palettes in the addons for December. I got it and all the pans were smashed. I was also told they did not have anymore but I got my money back. It really makes me wonder when they have them available in addons. I got the Pur today in my Jan. box. It is so nice. I am in love with it.

Same here. I ordered the Viseart palette that was not the one I chose for my box, in add-ons. It came in a huge box with absolutely no padding or paper or anything so the palette was smashed up. And it wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered add-ons from Boxy with terrible shipping. So it makes me wary of ordering anything extra apart from the monthly box.
