I need to cancel my supcription and I don’t know how, can you help me please
Long time Boxy subscriber here & I STILL haven’t received the add-ons I purchased 11/10. I’ve contacted them through Twitter & Instagram & they won’t reply. I have always loved this company so much & feel completely ripped off by them right now.
Sure, I’m disappointed if I don’t get my items but I understand that these things happen. What I don’t understand is why they are keeping my money?

Similar issue but was able to resolve by going to FAQ section after i logged into account. The New Boxy Bot keeps asking questions until you actually get a live person that gets back to you. Boxy charm made the situation right and expedited my things the next day.

Why aren’t you emailing them directly from their help page?
The faq page is the first place I went. Both Twitter & Instagram say to send direct messages to address issues like the one I’m having. I did what they advised. They never advised.

i’ve already cancelled mine…to much crap.
If you check the add-ons sneak peeks page, you’ll see a lot more (been up at least a week). Also, they just added the extra daily deals which you will see if you click on the ‘learn more button’ on the homepage if logged in.
Hope it gets better because these are a bunch of duds.
