I just read this post to see if this box had actually changed. Under Box of Style it was the same story, shipping and customer service-wise. I subscribed for three years and every winter the box was late. I don’t know how MSA keeps promoting this box. I find it hard to take seriously any of the posts when the readers always keep getting burned.

I don’t understand how if you ordered a month ago and it’s already supposed to be shipping, how has it not left the warehouse?? Ordered during black friday and no movement at all.

I agree. I ordered 11/24 and still no movement. So, I just canceled my membership. I find this completely unacceptable. I wonder if I’ll ever see this box, tbh. I emailed my cancellation, is that the best way to do it? Thanks 🙏🏻

Make sure you have canceled on your account page, but also email and make sure you get a response back that you will not be billed again. Unfortunately some people have had trouble with their cards being charged anyways. I canceled for the same reason only I signed up earlier in November. I made the mistake of ordering a second box thinking it would be shipped out before Christmas, that one was done 11/29, I expect to see it in about six weeks or so. Apparently the 1st box has finally shipped and should be here 12.29 or 12/30… Never again with that box.

I have subbed for years with NO issues ever. I got my winter box within a week. I know people do have issues but I think it is only fair to say there are those of us with never a problem….including cancelling

I also have not encountered any issues and shipping was always reasonably fast. Easy to cancel, always received all the promised products and nothing ever damaged. BoS actually did a better job than FFF or Cause Box. I haven’t subscribed since the name change however.

I agree. I don’t currently subscribe. I dropped it last year but I never had any issues.

I ordered this early November, it should reach me 12/30 without the earrings now included, I signed up too early, it was a promotion. Now I had bought a 2nd box on 11/30, hasn’t shipped out as of today, so if you sign up for this it’s likely you won’t get it for a good month or so, but at least you’ll get the earrings. Customer service is abysmal, so be forewarned.
