FYI – Ipsy November 2020 Add-Ons Available Again!

Unfortunately, I think this is not uncommon. I’ve seen lots of posts on Reddit of people who have the same issue. Ipsy accounts get marked as fraudulent for some reason, Ipsy won’t say why & won’t fix the issue, yet subscriptions keep getting billed & fulfilled just fine though the subscriber has no access to Shopper.

They are giving me a free $3 add on credit for screwing up my choice items.

Same. I wasn’t happy with my bag and have pressed pause for December.

I did, too! One for me, one for my sister.

No. I can’t remember when they started it, but for a while now they have offered “second chance” add-ons around the 6th or 7th of the month.

It happened to me, too. I had no problems until one time when my order with missing several items. I complained to ipsy, but they refused to do anything about it, so I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge. From then on, every order I placed on ipsy was mysteriously canceled. I had contacted customer service at ipsy a dozen times before I gave up.

So I’m not the only one who tried to pay with no success! Honestly I can’t bear with CS anymore. My October bag got lost and now can’t buy add-ons ((( I’m gonna cancel.

I absolutely LOVE the Berlin Nomad Palette! I picked & So Excited to Actually Receive MONTHS ago! My Mother was from Berlin & I grew up a US Army Brat in Germany! I saw the Names of Colors & Was in Tears w/Flashbacks of Being there when Berlin Wall Came Down (bittersweet Experience-Happy 1 minute & Caught up running away from Riots Next) ANYWAY.. I ordered this Just to Have as A Collection Item & Didnt Plan on Using (I Know makes NO Sense) BUT when I received it My 18Yr old LOVED it & Used it as it was absolutely Beautiful! Highly Pigmented & Daughter does NOT use Eye Primer.. I went onto NOMADS website & Shocked @ how Inexpensive the Palettes are! Today being Black Friday they’re like $15.?! Thats Awesome Price & Trust me it’s Well worth ALOT more!
I’m holding on & HOPING I receive My IPSY Bag Plus THIS Month as ive NOT recvd Oct & it Sat in Raleigh, NC since Oct 9th (month later NO Pkg) I contacted IPSY several times & they replied to Be Patient..BUT they didn’t Look @ My Email & See for themselves documentation (attachmentS) I Sent Them?! My past 2 months my Glam Plus SAT in Greensboro ‘& Now in Raleigh it appears “Stolen” ?! IPSY said IV I don’t Receive BY Nov 2nd they will Send me another one BUT..Add-Ons I ordered “Out of Stock”! & the “Tarte, YENSA & Ciate” ALL out of Stock so they’ll give me $5 back got Each.. NOTHING about my Add-Ons where I ordered PMD Cleanser thats ALSO “Out of Stock” SO.. I’ve NOW Contacted USPS & Complained for the 3RD time BUT asked for Insured to Value Being $350-400! J will Keep you Ladies informed on WHAT happens w/This as Usually it’s SENDER who taps that “Insured to Value” & Then Sends out “Whatever” Accommodations to “Pacify” Customers. I TRULY wanted to Order from Add-Ons but what’s the Use?! My Daughter does not Order Add-Ons & Receives her Ipsy Plus Around middle of Month. I will Also keep you Ladies Informed to See IF I receive My Pkgs Earlier?! The Thing is about Pkgs Sitting in Greensboro Hub it’s 1Hour Drive From My House! Raleigh is 2-3 Hour Drive..HOW can Pkgs go all over US but once hits my State it’s Lost? Thieves for USPS Workers! I Recvd Email from Employee In Response to WHERE my Pkg is..Broken/Slang English saying “We don’t have No Pkg” & “Contact Sender” But ABOVE those Comments it States “an investigation will Be Done & We will Contact You”. So WHICH is It?! Contradictory Statements in Broken/Slang English! After that I decide to Contact USPS.Com & File Claim.. I’m Sure this Email will Ho higher up w/Employee whom not only Speaks Proper English But Will Address My Concerns for these Hubs! I LOVE IPSY Products & Understand it’s Beyond Control once Leaves them & Out into Shipping Companies.

They had a sample size of it last month or the month before for $3. Sorry you missed out on it.

I didn’t like it. I received the sample size and its really thick and smells odd. But if you’re looking for something for acne or breakouts i highly recommend tea tree oil. It’s amazing and affordable.

I have to disagree with Morgan. My two teenage athletes both used to suffer from acne and myself from hormonal acne. Been using ufo every day for over 9months with not a single break out. I bought three one for each of us as stocking stuffers. It smells a bit funny but the results are amazing.

Honestly, I didn’t find UFO to be that great when I tried it, if that helps you make a decision. I got better results using no products at all then when using the UFO oil.
