I ordered my 2020 Advent Wine Calendar on October 29th. I got a confirmation email stating that it would be delievered between November 10th-12th. When I didn’t have it by the 17th I called customer service and was told that shipping had my order but they didn’t know why it hadn’t shipped and was told it would be ‘elevated’ and I would be contacted about it. Two days later I still hadn’t heard anything and called again, and was again told it would be elevated. I called once more the same week and was hung up on, called back and got the same story. I asked if I should cancel and was assured I would get my order. Knowing I wasn’t going to get it by December as I was promised, I called again on November 30th. I was told they had cancelled my order a couple days earlier without even contacting me. No email. Nothing. I asked if there was anything they could do to rectify this and was told no. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes then finally hung up. They had no problem taking my order, I received zero customer service after that other than promises for shipments and emails that never happened.

I found one in-store in the Chicago area. They’re supposed to drop last week/this week. There are 2 different kinds this year and they usually go fast. Good luck!

I saw the Costco wine advent calendar in the store. It looked very nice. I’m in Northern California.

Yes, I’m in Georgia, which allows mail delivery of wine. Why not us?
