Ipsy Glam Bag Plus November 2020 Spoilers!

I got the Violet Ross palet and Yensa bronzer+brush, I chose Murad night cream, Tula eye mask, and Seraphine botanical Lip mask. Can’t wait to try everything! The makeup gods and goddesses are on my side recently.

The last box was nice too. I got the ciate palette, soft glow primer, dr. brant microdermabrasion cleanser, cute brush set, and lip liners.

I just went into my ipsy app and a screen came up asking me to rate the mascara and Violet Voss palette. It quickly disappeared. I really hope I’m not getting either one of those. I don’t like wearing mascara that isn’t waterproof with a mask at work. And those palette colors make me look ill.

I wish they would go back to mailing in a box instead of the pink mailer. The packaging for my items is always horribly smashed. I guess I am lucky nothing has been oozing or leaking out yet, but everything looked much nicer when the packaging was protected by the box.

The bag is hideous! I will be skipping Nov. I stocked up on Sunday Riley for Oct. so I am good until December for the Plus bag, I will get my usual $12 bag b/c I love the surprise 🙂

I’ve gotten that mascara before and don’t recommend it. The lash curler is not particularly effective.

Ugh… I may just skip November idk… I love the bag and murad but I defiantly don’t want the mascara (got it in boxy last year and the curler is horrible and gimmicky and the formula just didn’t work for me, ended up tossing it) or the cream eyeshadow stick (they never work for my mature eyelids)

I’m honestly more excited for the regular GB spoilers. I would be happy with any of these, but I didn’t get super stoked for anything I saw. The bags themselves this month are not appealing at all. October’s stuff was SO awesome. This month seems to pale in comparison. I’m not skipping because you never know what goodies they still have hidden. Really, at the end of the day, these bags are MORE than worthwhile for the price.

I would definitely recommend giving the TULA a try. I just discovered it recently, bought the largest size they carry just a few days ago, now I wish I waited.I even like to wear it alone with a little concealer. Its even nice on mature skin! Its moisturizing but then it gives a soft veil like appearance after it’s dried down. I think the end result is comparable to Farsali Blur but I like Tula better personally. Check out some of the reviews online if your interested, I saw fair skin tones thought it turned them orange, I’m a light skin tone and saw no tint at all. Not sure if they got a bad batch or what but it’s almost all great reviews.

These spoilers look great to me! It seems like that mascara is getting a lot of hate, but I’ve gone through two tubes of it and I’ve loved it! The curler is really cool and convenient, like yeah you have to do your eyelashes in a couple of sections, but to have it built in to the mascara tube for travel? Genius! Also, it curls my lashes pretty well. The formula of the mascara is great, especially when you build up a couple of coats. Better Than Sex has been my holy grail for years, and I say this is definitely comparable, so I don’t know why everyone has such bad things to say about it? Ah, to each their own I suppose. If you get the chance go try it, I say go for it!

I use the Murad, the bag might be worth it just for that! It’s a light cream that with oily skin I can skip moisturizer over it if I want even though it has retinol.
I also want to add I’ve also fiddled with the trestique curler and gave up. How am I supposed to do a few at a time with this thing?
And I have quite a few of those Julep shadow sticks. They are every bit as good as Laura Mercier but they probably don’t stick as much.

Months like this kill me lol. Out of all of these spoilers, I am crossing my fingers for the Murad and would like to try the TULA primer. Everything else is just ‘meh’. I’ll be anxiously awaiting some more details about November and in the meantime will remind myself that I have these subs to help broaden my horizons with products that I wouldn’t normally buy myself. 😛

I hope I don’t get the mascara again. I got it already in my plus in November 2019. I don’t even use the curler. It’s just awkward trying to curl your lashes.

I like all the spoilers. Except that bag.

Here are my feelings on the November GBP:

The bag does nothing for me, but I always donate my empty bags.

Tula Face Filtering & Blurring Primer…No, I already use a multi skincare regimen and don’t need another layer.

Sugar Rush Lip Sip Vegan Oil in Dragonfruit…Yes, with mandatory masks in my State I have stopped using liners, glosses, tints and lipsticks and have only been using lip oils.

Violet Voss Coral Pop Palette…Hard No, like most this color palette makes my eyes look irritated and tired.

Murad Retinol Night Cream…Yes, I love Murad, retinol and night cream

Julep Eyeshadow…No, at 49 cream to powder shadow still crease on me…no matter what they say.

Trestique Mascara…I have never tried this mascara, but will give it a try.

Don’t like the bag, underwhelmed by this set of spoilers.

I think I will skip.

Love anything Murad, Tula and Violet Voss (not in love with these colors tho) I have them in other palettes. I’ve been skipping ultimate for 3 months now, but I’m loving the spoilers. Even though it’s a lot of products I’m treating myself to both in November.

November looks pretty good! I skipped October so I will be ready to spoil myself with November.

Are we almost done with trestique? No offense, I like them but want some other brands lol. Every th ing else looks amazing

Love Tula, Murad and Violet Voss! This looks amazing much better than ultimate. I hope the add ons are good!

Can you skip a GBP bag after you see the choices or does it have to be before?

I’m not personally loving the spoilers for November. I may skip or get GB instead. I like more from Ultimate, but that’s just a lot of products!

Wow! I love, love, love that Violet Voss palette! That color scheme is gorgeous and I just can’t have enough coral and peach in my life! 😍

I got that mascara a while ago and the curler isn’t great, but it would work for travel. The formula is good though.
