GLOW RECIPE Banana Souffle Moisturizer Cream

Stress has a way of showing up on our skin. Calm it big time with this heavenly moisturizer. It helps reset, replenish, and seal in a boost of lasting hydration without clogging pores, for all skin types, even acne-prone skin. Blended with banana, chia seed, magnesium, turmeric, and cica, this sweet soufflé is your recipe for hydrated, healthy-looking skin.

BOBBI BROWN Vitamin Enriched Face Base

This primer is mega moisturizing for smooth makeup application. Rich in feel, but never greasy, this advanced formula with Shea Butter instantly hydrates, softens, and cushions skin.

COMPLEX CULTURE GOOD LIGHTING Highlighter - After Glow

Put yourself in the best light possible with this luxe highlighter duo infused with hydrating ceramides and naturally moisturizing hydrolyzed silk to help skin achieve a soft luminosity. The creamy powder formula delivers a sheer, wet-shine finish for that coveted fresh, dewy effect.

FIRST AID BEAUTY Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

Another amazing pick for stressed skin, this fast-absorbing, rich moisturizer provides instant and long-term hydration for dry skin and eczema. Colloidal Oatmeal relieves itching and minor irritation caused by eczema, rashes, and other skin conditions. Shea Butter moisturizes and protects the skin barrier with vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids.

ITEM BEAUTY Lid Glaze - Lunar Drop

Is it just us or is finding a new favorite eyeshadow a great way to get centered? This hydrating jelly eyeshadow glides across your lids like butter to give it a high-impact golden champagne sheen. You won’t need to daydream about red carpet looks when you have this baby.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Liquid Lipstick Mini in Pure Hollywood

Finding a gorgeous nude lipstick is a great way to enhance the beauty you already have and this pick will have you feeling yourself. It dries down to a weightless matte finish for smudge-proof wearability and long-lasting color.

TARTE Double Duty Beauty™ Shape Tape™ Concealer in Light-Medium

Boy do we love a good concealer. Not to hide our imperfections, but to help highlight our favorite one. This full-coverage formula gives you 16 hours of budge-proof wear while smoothing and brightening to give your eyes just a little lift.

Right, but everything i picked last month was out of stock. My first box was sent to an address in city and state. It was issued from. I find it odd. Didnt recieve one of my picks. And as the days went by. I waas told that they didnt have a replacement. They gave me money back instead of product. Talk about bait and switch. I recieved 3 bucks a product. And I know with my add ons . I paid more then $3 for mac I have had ipsy for over a year and Iashes.i was obviously hacked. But from someone in the same town the warehouse is located. Weird. Ugh

Is it just me or is the description for the Taste Shape Tape worded really strangely?
Is love to try that Tatcha cleanser. And I think I’d really like the ABH liquid lip. I saw some negative comments regarding it on this thread, but I love ABH liquid lipsticks, especially the mattes, and I love a good pale lip once in a while.

I love these spoilers. I am sure I will get a good Glam Bag!

Hey everyone, new member here! I was wondering if the BeautyMatch quiz actually impacts the products you get in your bag? Like if I said I rarely use some products, I should expect them to not be in my bag right? Or do they not look at what items you “rarely” use vs “always” use?

Thanks!! From Canada 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Maya

Hi, also Canadian! Yes, what you select as rarely will affect your glam bag.

Reply ButtonReply

Lisa

Unfortunately you do still get items you rarely use :/ The profile is just a base line for them not an exact list to go by. It helps a lot if you review the products and if/when you get something you do not want in your bag give it a bad review and in the description put why – ( don’t want mascaras for example) Hope this helps!

Natali

I’ve been with IPSY for a year and i get 1-2 items in my Bag based on my preference (out of 5). Despite the fact i don’t use mascara or primers, i am getting both in September and October. That is why i buy extras: add-ons almost every month now. Note: being a Canadian you cannot shop mid-month on IPSY website and cannot buy Pop-Up items either. You can only buy add-ons when you current month bag is revealed and select one product around 22-25 each month.

I must be still on product overload….hoping the fragrance is a pick one option…i have been enjoying sampling fragrances… even if it’s not for me…i would get 4 other items in my bag…
When is choice day…i skipped this month so i can’t see the scrolling calendar…

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri H

I love getting fragrances too! Ipsy never puts perfume as a choice item but maybe since it is a spoiler this month, they will. I have been a member for 3 years now and i have only recieved 3 perfumes in my bag, and the only reason i got the ones that i did, was because i hounded ipsycare. The first year i was a member, i didnt recieve any perfume in my Glam bags.

Reply ButtonReply

Hallie Gottlieb

I hope I get to choose the fragrance too! I would love fragrance in every bag. I tried the fragrance subscriptions but they were always out of stock and would send me something completely different from my choices. Thanks for the heads up on choice date. I can’t get that section to scroll either.

Patsy

Kandi — choice day for regular GB is Oct 22

Reply ButtonReply

Kandi

Thanks 👍

Esther

I like the design on the November bag; it’s classic. I really didn’t like last month’s bag; seemed like some voodoo/astrology/third-eye type of design which slightly irked me

Reply ButtonReply

Brandy

Agreed!

Reply ButtonReply

Brandi

The bag is UGLY! Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected the bags themselves to be a bit more trendy. This looks like a thrift store reject. I loved October’s bag. This one missed the mark. The spoilers look great, though. I am really hoping to try the banana moisturizer.

Reply ButtonReply

Lynda

Another total opposite here. Really like the November bags, hated October

Reply ButtonReply

nina

I like it lmao

Reply ButtonReply

Chantal

Agreed. October’s bag was amazing. This has awful colors.

Reply ButtonReply

meghan

if anyone would like to sell me their bags in November id like to buy all 3. I just don’t want to get them this month I don’t need anymore products

meghan

im actually quite opposite of you, I love Novembers bag and hated Octobers!!!1

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah

I’m with you meghan. I skipped October because I didn’t like the bag. I like November’s bag.

Tara W

Love the spoilers! I’m going for the Glow Recipe Banana Moisturizer and the First Aid Beauty Moisturizer. Banana sounds interesting and my skin loves the FAB relief mask. And I wouldn’t be mad if the 111Skin item showed up in my bag, either. I don’t mind the bag design at all. But after reading comments, I do agree that the ipsy tag doesn’t match the bag. I hope that some of the spoilers are choice items!

Reply ButtonReply

Sjski

Love some of the spoilers, which means I won’t get any of them 😜 I miss the ipsy days of super cute bags that were creative, quirky, fun. Different shapes, different materials, etc each month. Now they are all very angular, harsh shapes, boring colors. Not a fan of whoever designs them now. Where’s Betty Boop, Gudetama, Black Magic by Valfre, butterflies, sequin?

Reply ButtonReply

SARA

I wish that Ipsy would Put at least one full size product on their glam bag.

Reply ButtonReply

Natiesha

I feel like I only got one sample this month. Got a brush, a quad eyeshadow palette, a highlighter, an eyeliner and a sample of some R&Co waterfall cream. I feel like the makeup items I always get one full size. I’ve gotten several full size Ofra highlighters and blushes which I just love. Never got full size skin care tho, but for 12$, shoot….

Reply ButtonReply

Angela

I want everything except the shape tape and ABH lippie!!

Reply ButtonReply

Liina

Oooh I am intrigued by that lid glaze and the primer. Both of these are hydrating and might not work for me because of that, but these are the 2 most interesting to me. I love the look of the lunar lid glaze, and would use it over a primer.

Reply ButtonReply

tammy g.

ok, ipsy its about time…for all these great looking spoilers..keep it up.

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel

🙌Amen to that! I’m happy to see this bag because it’s not as “teeny bopper” as the majority of their bags are. I’ve given away more bags then I’ve kept over the past 5 or so years. I’m curious if they could ever pull off a single month without including a highlighter or blending brush.😂

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah

The bag might actually match a pretty conservative purse I have. I kinda find it funny. I will be replacing the pink pull that doesn’t really go with the bag.

Reply ButtonReply

Meh

It’s my birthday…But that’s a godawful ugly bag! It looks like they stitched the three most common purse fabrics together then topped it with a pink which doesn’t match ipsy tag on zipper. The products I wouldn’t mind getting. Except for the tarte concealer which is only for a certain skin color with little heck no options. Disappointing..

Reply ButtonReply

bri

I got a color option for the concealer that was appropriate based on my profile!

Reply ButtonReply

Julie

I got that option too which is great for me because I have never tried Tarte concealer. I know some people will find that shocking.

Melissa

Happy Birthday, btw!! If you get this bag, hope it has items you enjoy

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

Same, after skipping for months bc of not liking product spoilers and missing out on cute bags, finally see spoilers I like and the bag is… like, neapolitan that’s gone bad? idek, I’m not into it but the bag itself doesn’t matter much I suppose

Reply ButtonReply

JENNI

Wow. That bag is straight up hideous.

Adeline

Looks awesome. I will definitely get November first can pick tatcha

Reply ButtonReply

Patsy

I’m liking the Glow Recipe banana moisturizer and the Lovely fragrance. Nov, will most likely be my last bag for awhile. It’s the end of my annual sub and I really should take a several months break from Ipsy. I have so much makeup and skincare collected and can’t begin to use it all. I won’t annual sub again. I’ll still have Allure (via Amazon so I can skip) and Macy’s Beauty Box coming in. I’ve enjoyed Ipsy GB a lot and will miss the deals in flash sales and add-ons but need to take a break.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

Hi Patsy, do annual subscribers get more choice picks than monthly subs? And could you skip a month as an annual? I’m tempted to try annual, although maybe the best option is to stay monthly andick up add’l items through add-ons.

Thanks!

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica Couleur

Thanks Sherri! There isn’t alot of incentive to go annual…

Sherri H

Hi! I am not Patsy, but seen your comment and questions and thought i would let you know that Annual Subscriptions are not allowed to skip months, also everybody including annual subscribers only get to pick one product every month in there Glam bags and Glam bag Ultimate. Glam bag Plus is the only sub that you get to pick 3 products. Hope this helps! But i would honestly just do the monthly, so you can skip if you want to.

Eileen

Are you an annual member for allure too. The reason I’m asking is because I am an annual member and I’m not sure if we could skip as an annual member.

Reply ButtonReply

Amber

I’ve never tried it, I’ve seen other people say you can contact Allure customer service and they’ll let you skip.

patsy

Eileen — no I’m not an annual subscriber to Allure. I go month to month via Amazon so that I can skip months that I’m not interested in, like October.

Nancy

I love many of these spoilers, especially the Tatcha, 111Skin, the fragrance, and the Glow Recipe banana souffle. If a few of these are choices, it will be a tough one.

Reply ButtonReply

Mary GT

The Tarte, Glow Recipe, and Tatcha look great to me, not thrilled about the others. The ABH lip gloss would go straight to the trash (like the one I got from Allure) since it contains petrolatum (a byproduct of oil and gas production). I don’t know why anyone still puts that in their lip products.

Reply ButtonReply

Natiesha

Petroleum is only unsafe is not refined properly. Oil and gas both, like uranium, are 100% natural products that come right out of the ground. I personally love that we take something that would otherwise be discarded and make use of it, and good use, Petroleum jelly has a lot of benefits. You just have to check with the brand to make sure they source the Petroleum from places that refine it properly. Waste not, want not 💁‍♀️

Reply ButtonReply

Sara

Hmmm I hate the bag design; and none of the products are really speaking to me. Might be another skip month.

Reply ButtonReply

They have months you can skip if you don’t like the products?

Does Ipsy do skip months?

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri H

You can skip months on any of Ipsy’s subscriptions but you have to make sure that you skip before the last day of the month before billing starts.

Angela

Looks amazing 😉 and so does glam bag plus!

Reply ButtonReply

Annette

Not too bad, a lot of these look wonderful to me!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

For at least a year, the bag designs have been meh. 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Julie

I feel the same! I feel like they must have changed their design team. Very meh. And they used to have such fun bags!

Reply ButtonReply

Cass

LITERALLY me. 😂😂😂

Reply ButtonReply

Randie

I’ve skipped the last couple of months, but if Tatcha is a choice, I’m in!
