I haven’t been able to customize between the steel bowls or bamboo board. I have annual. Anyone else?

I just signed up tonite for an annual, and I was able to pick the steel bowls. We will see what I get…

I also signed up for annual on the Fall Welcome box and haven’t been able to customize that choice yet. If the boxes are supposed to ship in late October like they said, I hope they come out with the other spoilers soon and let us customize – end of October is quickly approaching…

I’m curious – this box will be my first Causebox, and I’ve signed up for an Annual subscription. On my account I’ve been able to customize my box – pick which color of the PMD I wanted and whether I wanted the nesting bowls or the tote. This shows as a “choice” item here, but it doesn’t show up in customizing my box on their website. Does it just take more time? Or am I misunderstanding?

Well, guess I won’t be getting this welcome box. Not unless the last 2 items wow me. Already got the PMD and swell bottles in the summer welcome box (plus also from Boxycharm, so 2 sets), plus I got the Core bamboo set in the fall box. I was hoping for items from much older boxes not the more recent items. The only “new” things in this box is the choice item between the tot/purse set and bowls, and the stainless steel bowls (which is a choice with the bamboo set).

Really the only reason to get this box would be if I could choose, and I don’t know if I could. When I got the summer welcome box and they had intro boxes, I asked if I could pick items since I’m annual, and they said I couldn’t. I did buy a 2nd Fall box and they said I could choose the items for that. I think it depends on how popular a box is, whether they let you choose additional box items or not. The fall box wasn’t as popular as their other boxes, so they let me choose. But the summer intro boxes were going fast so they wouldn’t let me choose.

Oh well, maybe I’ll get one of the FFF boxes.

I would get this box if I could make even one choice… I’m not willing to commit to annual, because some of the boxes are a miss for me, but if they would just give seasonals one choice. I don’t expect to be able to choose every category as a seasonal, but would love just one.

You can skip boxes you don’t like as an annual member – it extends your annual membership by 1 season and you can do it as many times as you want. Just have to send an email. I’ve done it twice now

If you are already an annual subscriber, you can add another quarterly subscription to get this box and you can customize it! You just have to cancel quickly so that you don’t get two winter boxes.

I’d love to know these instructions. I don’t think it works. I did sign up for a second subscription to get this box and immediately cancelled so it won’t renew. I’m hoping they’ll let me customize. I really don’t the tote but I’m sure I can find someone who does want it if it doesn’t work out.

Dixie, I just read the entire long email that they sent and they gave detailed instructions for adding a quarterly subscription and then canceling immediately. To customize the quarterly, you have to email them your selections.

I emailed them and got a response yesterday that I can do this as an annual subscriber. They gave me detailed instructions. I haven’t decided yet if I will purchase or not.

I could really use the stainless containers. I don’t need another bamboo cutting board set, but I could always gift it. I got the Welcome box to get another PMD for my sister. I wasn’t willing to spring for a second annual sub so I’m at Causebox’s mercy. Be good to me, Causebox gods!
