  1. Does anyone know the deadline for signing up for the luxe box?

    • I’m basically *positive* that if you sign up now (of some time this month), you’ll be good to get it!

    • I signed up for the wait list for luxe when I forst joined in September and they bumped me on to luxe within a couple days so I got it right that month with no real wait. You shouldn’t have an issue if you sign up now. They won’t charge you until you get added to the list and they bill for it (Dec 1st if you get moved to the luxe subscription before then)

  2. You knwo what woudl be nice? If the Good Genes came in the Boxycharm too.. I get the $25 Ipsy bag and got good genes in there for the same price.

  3. Its great that you are waiting, I recieved the Sept. box and it wasnt worth the excitement, half the things went in my christmas box.

  4. hiiiii. can i keep premium and boxy lux and cancel the base only?
    or i will lose the lux if i cancel the base box?

    • You will lose lux. You have to be base to get Luxe unfortunately. 🙁

  5. Does anyone else have problems with customer support ? I’ve been a member for 4 years and had problems and nothing being resolved. I can’t use my charms and I can’t customize any order. I also belong to the premium and boxylux. I’ve also had missing boxes in the past and nothing has been resolved.

      Yes I had a Boxyluxe not get delivered to me last time. Tracking said it was delivered but my security cameras showed that the Fed X truck never came to my house that day and Boxy didn’t want to replace it. Fed X admitted they dropped it at the wrong street but said the people would not give it back and they weren’t going to do anything.

      • This is horrible!!! I’ve had that issue with other companies and they are always eager to replace the item as fast as possible that they always end up paying overnight express delivery. It’s like they don’t give a damn if you leave

    • YESSSS. Have not been a sub for that long but I have emailed recently even this week and they replied with “this email is not monitored”. I just had a question but can not figure out my charms either. I have a ton but can’t seem to apply them and always get an error when I try. Cust service is the key to ANY business. Big or small. 🙂

      • I also have trouble with my charms! I have a LOT but can’t use them for some reason. I also am unable to access Pop-ups/ Add-ons. I’ve emailed Customer Service and they tell me there’s not an issue on their side. Um, if there’s no problem, why doesn’t it work?! 🤬
        I also tried getting another box w/my work email and I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. So now I receive TWO boxes ( w/ Luxe during those months) and usually get 3-4 repeats that I end up giving away. SIGH. I’m probably going to have to take a loss on charms and will just cancel after December.

        Can anyone please tell me what to do, because apparently Customer Service doesn’t give a darn…anyone? 🤞🏻

    • Girlll!…You have NO idea! (Or unfortunately, you DO actually have an idea😞…)
      I know this is gonna end up being looong, but read the similar BS I’ve also been through!…
      I’ve been a member for just about the same time as you & also get all 3 levels of boxes (Wait a sec…ARE YOU ME?..AM I YOU?🙀🤯😂), & I INSANELY SPENT NEARLY $700 (& NO, that # is sadly NOT a typo!) on ummm…I think that was MAY’S Pop-up, & received soooo many busted & expired products! Not to mention, I had quite a few missing products!🤨🤬
      Then there were a few boxes (including a Luxe or 2!🤔 THAT EVEN NEVER SHOWED UP…& oh yeah, they finally responded about them!…w/that particular issue, I get their BS automated response TELLING ME TO CHECK IF A F*CKING NEIGHBOR HAD MY BOX! w/no follow-up, & Then nothing when I wrote back telling them how I don’t even have neighbors! (Which I basically don’t…there’s just ONE other house on my block) @BOXYCHARM REALLY HAS SOME BALLS, HUH?!? I’ve never heard of such a thing! & Esp not with a comp of their size!

      I emailed them numerous times, & also sent DM’s & commented on their posts (on MULTIPLE social media platforms) ONLY to *MAYBE* get the same BS, generic, automated response, & then just crickets after that crap!
      Never in my life have I spent SO much $$$, & had SUCH awful CS experiences!
      & My dumb ass spends HUNDREDS of dollars each & every month just on my boxes w/them!…many of which, have busted/missing products, & at least 1/2 of the time I don’t my choice items!🤬
      I came to the conclusion a while back, that they count on us giving up (&/or forgetting after so long!) on getting help from them, so they make out! Bc I DID give up on quite a few problems after wasting my time on contacting them SO many times, and never getting a response (after like a freakin’ YEAR+!!!).
      Oh, & I’m stuck with like $300+ in charms on my main acct.
      It’’s all so very SAD/FRUSTRATING/INFURIATING!…Especially when we’re LOYAL, LONG-TERM SUBSCRIBERS/CUSTOMERS!!!

      My friend tho, like never has a prob w/their CS when she writes, & I’m always SHOCKED about it! Not only does she get a timely response, but she also gets the products she contacts them about!
      I feel like she prob thinks I’m lying about all the issues I have, & then never getting any kind of response/help from them.
      Wtf are we to do?!? (Except put them on blast w/our DISGUSTING experiences on all of their social media, for potential subscribers & all to see how f*cked up they are!)
      I’D LIKE TO CANCEL BC OF ALL THIS ABSURD, UNFORGIVABLE BS…BUT THEN THE DREADED STRUGGLE OF “FOMO” KICKS IN, & STOPS ME FROM DOING SO!🤦🏻‍♀️😬😩

      • I would try the Better Business Bureau. I bet that will move them to help you. I’ve seen people take it to BBB.

  6. I got a sample of this stuff last year and it was fantastic in retexturizing my skin. I could feel the difference when i ran out! Im too excited to get this!

  7. Was thinking about canceling..but I’ve got every luxe box since the start andnim not a quitter!!! Hahaha. Love this stuff.

  8. I hear such great reviews on the SR products. I was even a subscriber to their subscription box but for some reason my skin has a bad reaction to everyone of her products. There has to be some common ingredient that is all of them. Wish I could figure it out. What is really weird is that my face is not overly sensitive to most products. On a positive note, my daughter has no issues so it will not go unused.

    • Most of their products contain high concentrations of essential oils, to name a few: citrus oils like grapefruit, lemon, orange (among other citrus), lavender. And most of them have fragrance which means they have alcohol in it. Even when your skin is not sensitive, essential oils over sensitize your skin causing redness, itchiness, bumps, rashes, etc. Try going one by one instead of putting lot of their products at once. I’ve heard of people that never had an issue but with time that can happen to anyone!! It happened to me!! I wouldn’t read the ingredients list and I would apply whatever thing I received in subscription boxes, after what I did to my skin NEVER AGAIN

    • Same! My skin reacted to one of their moisturizers. I love it but had to stop due to the fact it broke me out. 🙁

      • Yeah, I have not had good luck with SR moisturizers.

  9. This is so exciting!! And its so great that this will be in every luxe box. I use the glycolic acid good genes and I love it and every product I’ve tried from SR so I am really looking forward to trying this. Hoping the other spoilers are great as well. Cant wait!!

  10. I LOVE all things SR! I’ve been using the Glycolic Acid from Test Tube Beauty and I can’t believe I didn’t order 2 or 3 of the Tubes – this is great!

    Does anyone know if you have to subscribe to the base box first in order to get the Luxe box?

  11. Oh Hells Yeah! This is my favorite product from SR. Yes, writing fake reviews is pathetic…particularly when you make really nice products anyway. I use SR when I’m not using my Rx skin product (I can’t use that more than twice a week).

  13. Didn’t Sunday Riley write fake reviews for their products on Sephora’s website?

    • Yes, employees did when her brand first launched. I guess she was trying to get her brand noticed. Shady? A little, but you can’t deny she had great skincare formulations

      • Thanks Michelle! That’s all I remember hearing about so I never really looked further. I did get some samples in some subscription boxes at some point but again, I never really paid them any mind. If the rest of the spoilers are good, I might just keep my Luxe subscription active for December.

    • Edina, yes Sunday Riley got caught due to a leaked email (I read it and it gave very specific instructions on how to make reviews and not have them flagged, concealing IP address, etc). I found it super shady, but then I read that a whole LOT of companies do this. It’s just that SR got caught. It makes me definitely reconsider the glowing 5 star reviews when I read up on a product on Sephora.

  14. This is one of my least favorite SR items as I am not a fan of the scent.

    • My most disliked SR as well. Can’t get past that dreadful scent.

      • Weird, I’ve always thought it was one of the few SR products with no discernable scent! Certainly nothing compared to her oils. (I feel you, though, I can’t use Luna because of the way it smells.)

        I’m on my second box and add on a ton but haven’t received a duplicate yet. I’m wondering if that’s just luck or if adding something on kicks you out of the variations with that product.

      • Mimi- I really dont think they pay attention to what we purchase in the Add-on or Pop-up sales-as far to decide what they put in our boxes- they have a hard enough time using our beauty quiz lol. So if you picked up a Good Genes in a pop-up or Add-On sale then you’ll still get it in BoxyLuxe (as long as you’re subbed). 😁
