I’m so glad I dropped them from my subscriptions. Their past boxes had some useful items and some I enjoyed like the salt lamp. Seeing these spoilers just makes me laugh.

Yup, I think this is it for me. I watched Bombay and Cedar unboxings for the last several years and suffered from huge FOMO…until I finally decided to sub back in July and, aside from the first box I got, have been let down ever since. I have still enjoyed the boxes I have received for the most part, but I am done with their constant shipping issues (including damaged items they refuse to acknowledge despite several emails and messages left on their website). The real deal breaker though, has been the horrendous customer service I have received (or not received because they straight up ignore my emails and don’t have a phone number) and the rudeness of whoever responds to messages on social media and sites like cratejoy. They are beyond defensive and I have seen on several occasions when they have blamed issues on their customers. I’m done and think I might just buy essential oils elsewhere and sub to something like dotboxx which looks interesting and has rave customer service reviews. It’s too bad, because in so many ways they have a great product – but their shipping and service are ruining it.

I just started a subscription and so far I’m not impressed. I will give it a try a couple of more months and if it doesn’t improve I’ll cancel or maybe try quarterly

B&C is one of my favorite boxes, but these spoilers are meh. The wipes are a cute idea and I’m interested in trying them, but the stupid wood art stuff is not impressive at all.

Kind of glad that my sub ended two months ago, these spoilers are another let down. I complained on social media about receiving another detergent and I sort of was bullied by others and BC just flat out stated the box wasn’t for me, lol. I guess they are right, but I don’t think I would ever say that to another customer and publish that online for others to see.

After seeing this spoiler, I’m laughing and happy to not have started another one with them. I hate “word art” and that trend is overdone.

I used to love them. I didn’t renew my annual either and so glad I did. That “art” can be purchased for 2-3 dollars at TJ Max

Detox tea, coffee candy, 2 oils, triple eye shadow, face serum, air freshener bags, postcard set…

I think that’s all? I’m happy enough as I used points so only paid $10 for it.

I haven’t figured out how to use my points to buy anything. I thought I had to wait until they had a seasonal sale. I can’t find anything like a store for them on their site. Where do you find products to buy with them?

You can only use the points on one-time boxes or sales, not on subscriptions. I used them on a one-time beauty box once, and on mystery boxes.

Has anyone gotten their warehouse mystery box? Their ad said they would begin shipping October 1.

Ordered the mega box and was immediately charged on 9/18. Received an “apology for the delay” note that boxes are shipping “now through next week” on 10/8. Then a notice that the box was shipped 10/14, with a tracking number attached.
When I followed up on 10/22 because there was no movement, I was told by CS that my box was “in the batch that is being shipped today”. 2 days later the tracking number still says “Ready to go”.
From reading others’ feedback, that seems to be a common thread 🙁 … and it doesn’t sound like I should have high hopes for a decent assortment and value in this mystery box …

Katie I just got my September Monthly Box, they just updated on their site that all mystery boxes will be shipped by October 20th,and that the new Fall Quarterly box will start shipping this week….Which means we will not even get the October Beauty and Lifestyle Boxes until probably next month, they are always way behind on these boxes.

My mystery box finally shipped – for real – on 10/23. It’s my first B&C experience and it’s feeling like my last based on how they handled things and all the comments here.

I wrote them yesterday because I hadn’t received a shipping notification for either the October beauty box or the mystery box I ordered. No response to my email. Today I received notification that the mystery box shipped, but still nothing on the beauty box despite the website saying both would ship by the 20th. I am not happy, especially about Dee ignoring my email.

My Mega Mystery and Quarterly Lifestyle has no movement. They were supposed to be my first box from them and I’m seriously disappointed. They have a shipping announcement that’s being updated weekly… meaning weekly, they move the shipping schedule of the boxes for another week.
