It was hard so many great choices !! I have regular , plus and ultimate glam bag ! I chose Dominique sweater weather palette for ultimate I have been wanting to try it looks so cute and pretty I also got Sunday Riley Auto correct eye cream for regular glam bag

I was all excited and I was going to choose the glow recipe toner luckily I was paying attention I knew that $15 was a very low value their full size one is $45 obviously much larger I checked on their website and also someone messaged them

For me, it was between Dr. Brandt and the Glow Recipe. I chose Dr. Brandt because I didn’t receive it last month and it seems like a great exfoliator. It’s worth $58 if it’s the full size. I already own the full size toner, but haven’t used it yet. I already have a couple HUDA obsessions in Smokey and another, and I just bought Corals in an add ons bundle, and already received the Sweater Weather and a different Green Milk Mask. This looks like a great month!

Not a GBU subscriber, but the fact that the CC concealer brush is available as a choice here makes me hopeful it will also be available as an add-on for regular glam bag subscribers. I still not regret not grabbing it the first time around.

Ugh I want that glow recipe watermelon toner!!! I don’t get Ultimate though. Where is choice for glam bag plus?? Mine only has choice for regular glam bag up.

Glad I cancelled. I’ve skipped the last couple of months but I made the call over the weekend to just pull the plug on Ultimate. It’s really not “ultimate” in the sense that it’s better – it’s just more products.

I know right? I already have the sweater weather from an earlier Ipsy Ultimate bag. And I can’t tell you how many times I’ve updated my profile to say I do not like masks but they keep putting them in. It’s getting frustrating to see duplicates in my bag and then not getting the bag until the next month. My September bag hasn’t even arrived yet!!

Same here. Couldn’t choose the Huda palette. I received the other eyeshadow palette months ago and it was awful-very chalky. I skipped, too.

YES! That palette was the worst! I remember being very excited, but both the pigment (non-existent) and the formula (SO chalky, you’re exactly right!) were a massive disappointment.

I would be angry if I had ultimate. This is pretty much a month of repeats. Its terrible, but it looks like most of the bags are going that way. Maybe I’m just bored of makeup/skincare because I have so much now. But there are so many repeats its insane. What happened to new launches, or brand collaborations? Not even new indy releases either. Im disappointed 😞.

A lot of the overseas factories are still closed. Even when products are made in the U.S., the plastic or glass containers will still sometimes be produced overseas, so a lot of companies just don’t have the supply right now to make deals with companies as large as Ipsy and Boxy. Which unfortunately limits them to the same old brands month after month. I’ve now gotten the same product in three consecutive FFF boxes, and since choice is so limited there’s not really any way to control it.

I understand seeing the same brands over and over, but when I’m getting identical repeats of an item I’ve already received, what’s the point?

Agreed. I have already received five of the items listed, six if you count the Belle En Argent lipstick in another shade. I received the Naked set a million years ago, it feels like, unless it’s four newer colors.
I ended up cancelling both of my subscriptions (I only had the GB and GBP) earlier this month and I’m sort of sad to say that I’m glad I did.

Such a bummer! I have received all of this except the milk makeup, that particular shade of lipstick, the toner which I already have gone through one larger bottle of and dont care for, and the loose pigments which I dont like using. I picked the pigments because I didnt want any of those repeat palettes hoping that would be my eye shadow of the month, at least I dont have them. Got the exfoliant last month as well as the lipstick in a different shade, the DC palette months ago, and the Huda one i think i grabbed from an add on or something. The brush too is a repeat.

I’m glam bag plus! I hope I can add on that flow recipe toner, I really want to try it! I also gave the milk mask and the concealer brush and really enjoy both. The sheet masks by sweet chef are really fun, too!

OMG. I’m just looking here, I don’t have Ultimate. I’ve already received this exact Belle en Argent lipstick shade, this exact Dominique palette, and this exact concealer brush in previous GBP bags. Not missing anything, I guess.

Agreed! I have received every single one of those except the milk mask, the glow recipe toner, and the Huda palette in my glam bag plus!! You would think they would really step it up for the people who are paying $50 a month!! Just not worth it to me!! I felt the same way about Boxyluxe too.

Haha, I’ve received the Dominique Cosmetics palette, the Naked Cosmetics pigments, & the Sweet Chef masks.
At this point, it seems like it would be difficult to make Ultimate boxes for those who’ve been subbed to Plus for a while.

Same here, and I’ve also received the Sweet Chef mask trio and the 4 shadows from Naked Cosmetics. This is all previous items from past boxes….ugh

Agreed! I subscribe to all three and feel like I have tried most of these products in one of my bags. And I hate how they offer you the option of picking something already received from them. I wish they would note if you already got the item because if you picked something you already got you can’t get points to review the item and they say it’s “your fault for picking that item”….

I did not know that about reviews! I was thinking that I wouldn’t mind a repeat if it was an amazing item that I really enjoyed and used up completely (like an eye cream or serum), but didn’t know that it would block me from getting the reviewing points. Thank you for educating me!
