  1. I always buy these before I buy a full size fragrance, if the fragrance I want is included in the sampler anyway. I really wish that they would offer a way to redeem these online too. With COVID-19, and being immuno-compromised, I am not shopping in ANY stores. I do all my shopping online. I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

  2. Super interested the full size set, just gonna be impossible for me to get to a Sephora location anytime soon. So annoying that you can’t redeem online.

  3. The price seems pretty high for such small samples. I love trying new perfume but this seems like a rip off.

    • It’s not just the samples, though. It’s the samples and a voucher for one of the fragrances sampled.

In the $25 set, it looks like most of the ones you can redeem for are $30. In the $68 set, the Nest New York fragrance you can get is $74, the Dolce&Gabbana is $96.

  4. They need to allow online vouchers.. That is different from using up the promo code space. I want to use my voucher online and still pick out a goodie promo code.

I’ve only been to a Sephora store “1” time in my lifetime. I shop online.

    • Especially now. I don’t live all that far from a Sephora store, but I’m not really hitting the malls right now because I’m in a hot spot. Now of all times would be when an online redemption is essential.

  5. These kits are so good if you know you ready want one of the fragrances.

  6. So they basically charge you the cost of the rollerball or the full size (in some cases)? Hmm, no thanks.

    • Some of the time, you come up on top, as the perfume is more expensive to purchase then the kit. For example, the top kit, has a sample of Clean Radiant Nectar. The kit costs $68, the perfume costs $98. I know this, since I’ve been eyeballing it for months. I’m definitely getting this kit! All the roller balls are $30 and over.

      • Yes, I received a sample of the Clean Radiant Nectar in a Sephora order, and I love it! Strongly considering getting this kit because it would mean I’d save $30 on the full size.

      • Which is why I said “in some cases.”

    • I frequently buy these sets if there is a scent I know I want that costs more than the kit. You can save $20 or $30 on perfumes this way. An earlier kit this year had Juliette Has a Gun Vanilla Vibes in it. The scent it redeemed for is $135, the kit was $68. I also only buy these during their two sales so you save even more.

    • Well honestly even in those cases you are getting all those samples free so it’s still a good deal! Even better when you can do what the ppl below do!

      • I get tons of samples of perfume at Sephora for free so paying for them seems silly. **Que everyone to jump in about how they don’t live near a Sephora or COVID blah blah blah, eye roll**

    • I think one of the selling points of these kits is that you get to try a bunch of fragrances for a few days each to see whether or not you like them, whether you’re allergic to them, whether they induce a headache… rather than just spritzing them quickly at the store on your wrist or on a piece of paper. They make good gifts if you want to give someone scent, but don’t know what they would like.
