Does anyone know when customization starts for this box?

I lke everything so far in this box. I need a new lighter weight robe with pockets and have been wanting to try reusable face rounds so I’m personally so happy to see those two in the box. I also love the bamboo prep as I can always use those, especially the tongs. I can’t decide between the tea infuser or the lantern. I don’t really need either as I have plenty. But I am leaning towards the infuser so I can make a gift of it alone with some nice teas. Perfect!

I got the annual subscription and $ already came out, but when I log in it’s saying I have no subscription. Does anyone know if causebox has super slow processing or something??

I pulled the trigger on the annual subscription and the $ has already came out of my account. But, my causebox account is showing no subscription. Does anyone know if this is normal? Is their processing super slow or do I need to call my bank?? Yikes! 😳

I am excited about the tease glass infuser. I’ll also choose basil because I have enough makeup remover towels as is. Honestly I am dissapointed in the plain options for the bathen products, if you look at their website, they are all about bold, bright stripes! These robes/towels are kinda ugly in comparison and not very “fall”. Part of why I signed up for a seasonal box is because I love embracing the mood of each seasonal change. Would have loved a bold fall colored robe!

I was trying desperately to convince myself that I didn’t need another box this season, but just totally caved and bought a second annual so I can get the goodies I want.

And yes their add on market is sooo much better than fff, we won’t talk about how much I spent there🤫

FFF has Causebox beat. FFF is a much better box, and their add-on sales are much better than Causebox’s.

My experience has been the opposite. FFF was great but I felt like it lost In versatility; whereas, with Causebox I find new companies and love the quality of products in boxes. Each box is a surprise versus more of the same.

I would take Causebox in a second over FFF. Their quality is awful, the customer service gets worse and worse, it’s definitely not the box it used to be. Causebox keeps getting better and better and the add on market is fantastic.

I much prefer Causebox to FFF. The add-on sales are much better, and you never have the problem logging on when they go live. I prefer how you purchase what you want without waiting until the window closes and then they charge anything you have in your cart with FFF.

Causebox is superior to FFF, in my opinion, with the box and their add on sales. Customer service for CB is also way superior to FFF. In the rare 2 times I have had to contact CB customer service, they have taken care of the issues I had and i had a replacement item for a defective item sent super quick. I get my items in a more timely manner with CB as well. I canceled FFF and am happy I did so to subscribe to CB.

I’m so glad that I got the annual causebox this past summer. The items they’re sending have been exactly what I needed every single time! I needed a large bowl to hold salads and I got that last season! And now I need a cutting board and they’re sending that this season! I feel like someone on their team is reading my mind lmao. Causebox has turned me into a middle aged lady with 4 kids who gets excited about kitchenware. Now, I’m hoping the winter box includes a pair of high quality gloves or mitts.

For winter I’m hoping for one of those carved rolling pins for baking cookies!

I just got myself one of those. Mine has cats on it and it is so cute! A holiday one would be great to have in the Winter box.

I saw that.. couldn’t figure out why the shipping is $18.00…. I like the idea that even if you get products you wont use or can’t gift.. it’s for a cause. A good thing.

I’ve signed back up for the seasonal box. I couldn’t convince myself to do the annual even though I want to be able to choose some of the items. It looks like a great box. Sometime next week I should have the Intro. Box 2 and I am really looking forward to it.

This is great! I almost bought a cutting board the other day and am glad I didn’t. I thought the spoilers got off to a slow start but they’re ramping up and I’m actually excited for this box!

I was really hoping for a dry hair turban and face mask to continue the spa theme. Bummer but I do like the box overall so far.

I’m almost entirely sure that as an annual you can. Your membership just has to be active not cancelled. You can shop add ons now and then email them to skip (Pause) the Fall box after you shop up until 9/1. But if you want it from the horse’s mouth send an email to customer service. They answer pretty quickly.
