Does Causebox have an option to add additional choice items to the box like FFF does (for an additional cost)? I really want the towel set AND the robe. 🙂

not to mention a mail in election!

I don’t even contact the mail carrier, I call the company I ordered from and they send out another item.

I’m an annual subscriber still waiting on summer.

just got my summer last week and I am annual also. The bowls are beautiful.

I’ve had a package that sat unscanned for 21 days just start moving again. My post office told me they have packages sitting waiting for transport and sorting. They were a week or two behind three weeks ago and have become even more so now. I’d suggest adding text alerts for delayed packages. It’s happening more and more with anything that isn’t Amazon or priority (though priority is delayed it isn’t as delayed as lower classes)

I’m an annual subscriber so I get my box on time (sorry, not trying to foster envy but it’s true). Causebox has the items that, except for the handbags, I use and enjoy. Love the back stories, the curation is always interesting, and I feel the value is there.
That being said, I wonder if they only buy enough to fulfill regular subscribers n have to reorder for individual boxes to control inventory. With shipping, the market prices are so low that they might not want lots of items left over from the boxes.
Just a thought.

I am annual and got my box pretty late and only after lots of emails to support. I think in this case people who selected certain items had theirs delayed.

If that’s the case, maybe they should pitch that as a reason to pay for annual 🤷‍♀️ Causebox’s annual customization seems to be color or scent vs say a FFF where it’s a necklace vs a face cream vs a planter. I didn’t care what color the PMD was or what scent diffuser I get, but I would like to try out the items. However, if it’s lock in annual and we’ll actually send you a box before the next season then yes, that’s not a terrible reason to go for annual 🤣

Not always! For the summer welcome box, annualembers could choose between a letter board and a set of bowl covers, and also choose between a swell bottle and a set of makeup brushes

Caroline

I’m not annual and I’ve never had a late box. There’s plenty of annual subscribers in the comments of the last few posts who still haven’t received a box so I think it’s just luck.

The new postal director is deliberately slowing down mail delivery. As for claims for lost packages with USPS, I’ve never had any luck with that either.

I heard about this in the news. All of the news channels had this story.

For the record, there is plenty of evidence that the new Postmaster General is behind at least some of the mail delays. Google it and you’ll find any number of reports that overtime is now forbidden and carriers have been told to just stop delivering mid-route when they get to the end of their shift, even if their route is double that day due to people calling off sick. Packages are to sit at facilities or on trucks overnight if staffing is down and getting them out in a timely manner would generate OT. All of this is happening at a time when people are ordering record numbers of items online due to COVID. Many of the top execs with the Postal Service were fired on Friday night, and there’s currently an investigation into the delivery problems.

Btw, the time spring 2021 box is out, hopefully the US Postal service will get back on track…

I know- the USPS situation is a mess right now. I feel so awful for the workers who are getting caught up in the politics because of election tomfoolery. Plus, on a selfish note- I want my stuff! Lol

Lori

What evidence do you have for this?

Me too, LJ. Mine is supposed to be delivered Wednesday, Aug. 12. I’ve tried really hard to be patient but damn it’s taken forever. I ordered in mid-May!

See July Ipsy Plus for delays , lol. Mine was on a USA tour.

LJ

Mine says expected delivery Friday but it hasn’t budged from CA yet … shipping is delayed at many places, but this seems extreme.
