I agree with comments on here about prices being higher than they were on the last popup, I got SR Tidal wave for $12 on the last one and now it’s $24.
I bought a lot of SR yesterday (I went overboard, eeekkk) during early access, and just went back on to popup, I couldn’t resist seeing what products were new today, and I am so upset that the products I bought are $10 cheaper now.
I’ve been a charmer for years and I personally feel as though they screwed over their highest paying subscribers by having higher prices during early access, but then lowering it when base charmers can access the sale.
I emailed boxy about it and honestly with the quality of products they’ve been sending for the past year if they don’t refund me the difference then I am absolutely done with them.
Sorry for the rant, but I feel taken advantage of by Boxy, and really want everyone on here that is spending their hard earned money on Luxe and Premium know of the price differences.

Yeah, BoxyCharm said there were “over 100” items added to the store today. I saw Kopari, Bite, & Tula items added, among others. And I keep seeing a notice that more items will be added Thursday.

Yes, they certainly did and I promised myself I wouldn’t peak today but I did and dang I couldn’t resist.
I got a Marc Jacobs lipgloss and they had Tula at such good prices.
Was surprised and so excited to see the Tula Kefir pressed serum so I grabbed one then the Tula toner.
I will say I wanted so much to buy two of the Kefir serum but I didn’t want to be greedy. It is hands down the best face moisturizer serum combo I’ve ever used and it’s been sold out at Neiman’s for awhile now and it’s no longer available directly from Tula’s website.

Just an FYI for those who are AMEX card holders…if you enroll your card for the current “Shop Small” offer they have right now under your benefits, you get $5 back on a $10 purchase and BoxyCharm is considered a small business! I got $5 back on my purchase this morning and another $5 on my second order this evening. I didn’t even know until I got an email from Amex with the credit because my card is my primary payment on my boxy account and it apparently doesn’t apply to monthly reoccurring charges (like the monthly subscriptions).

From the Boxyluxe subscribers who managed to get through Choice today, we know that those 2 items were offered along with Byroe Tomato Serum. Not sure if base will be offered that or not.

OK, so I’m a big fat lying liar who lies… I went and looked at the full list. And saw the Ellis Brooklyn travel perfumes for $6 each. What an absolute steal! So… I resubscribed. 😭 (Ellis Brooklyn West is an AMAZING juicy citrus scent with some woody, vetiver-y undertones. If you like the Atelier Cologne citrus lines, don’t hesitate, grab this!)
I bought 2 Ellis Brooklyn perfumes, a couple $4 Milk lip balms, the $6 Milk toner & Kaja lipstick, and a Spongelle (because who doesn’t need another Spongelle?).
I don’t even have the $6 coupon for resubscribing yet. I’ll probably get the Marc Jacobs eyeliner if it’s still available.

Thanks! I’m definitely not regretting on putting back the Rose perfume now, and don’t mind having a duplicate of the other perfume 🙂 I plan on skipping the next popup because of the holidays, but I’ll be back in February, and I’m going to refrain from getting any more Ellis Brooklyn perfumes because I already know I’ll forget what I have by then (lol) and will be afraid of duplicating, but I really hope they offer more perfumes from “clean” perfume brands in future popups 🙂

Luna, I believe if you bought the 4-piece Ellis Brooklyn set from the pop up last time, you do already have both Fawn & Rrose from their line in the travel size. (OK, I took a sec to check on it, & yes, they were both in that set.) Is this holding you back? 😂
I want to like a by Rosie Jane perfume so badly, but I haven’t found The One yet! I’ve tried 2 of the perfumes in that sampler & they weren’t for me, & I have another one from a Birchbox kit that is usable, but kind of “meh” to me.

I couldn’t help myself, and I got all of those Ellis Brooklyn perfumes (what a great deal!) with the exception of Rose. But now that I think about it, maybe I should have bought that too. I skipped it because I thought I had already bought the full size in the last popup, but now that I think about it, I think that was by the brand By Rosie (I think it’s called). Last month you let me know what the name of that brand was after I bought two full size bottles during the last popup, and this popup I bought the mini perfume set from that same brand, and I STILL feel like I can’t recall the name of that brand with 100% certainty, lol. I’m inclined to go back and make a 2nd purchase, because I saw a few other things I somehow missed on my 1st round, but I did plenty of damage so I think it’s best I hold myself back. Hold me back man, hold me back!!! 😀

I did get some bargains but I was disappointed when my Perricone facewash was sold out when I got to my cart. Lmao there’s actually a lot of product so by the time I got to the very bottom of the sale, a couple of products were out of stock.
I still got plenty. If anyone from Boxycharm is out there, I need more hair products like shampoos and conditioners on these deals! Lol

This time it does appear to be more expensive. Etc the laundress was $5 last time for their cashmere and now it’s $9 a bottle. I don’t agree with the popup more expensive than add on comment, I remember very clearly how cheap pop up was (because the first pop up was the one I missed and decided to jump on the Boxycharm ship)e.g. $12 Elemis cream full size and $18 111skin masks. This time I’m not too excited by most of the products. And somehow it feels like a fabfitfun sale lmao

Add ons are the ones that tend to be cheaper in my experience. Pop ups are the ones that have the pricy hair tools, expensive skin care, etc.

I got a few things but there really wasn’t much I wanted. I wish the full size Sunday Riley items weren’t $50 ugh. I ended up getting the Exfolikate, Perricone vitamin C cleanser, Juice Beauty lip crayon, orange Spongelle and Morphe beauty sponge.

Choice was down for me too.. it oddly enough worked for some people earlier on the reddit thread but it didn’t for me. Proud of myself for only getting the SR Good Genes in the add-ons. I heard it’s great with the Luna Oil and since I got 2 from Ipsy, why not. Nothing else really caught my eye and I had a few things I favorited that weren’t there from the sneak peak like the Iconic London palette and there was something from Tula too. I got in right when the add ons opened and they weren’t there. Meh.

They either need to pick a consistent time or do this on a weekend. I can’t spend a workday every month trying to figure out when or if choice is even going to open. Just give me a time so I can take my break, do what I need to do and get back to work.
