They had me at Sunday Riley and Perricone MD. Thanks Boxycharm! I saved so much on Good Genes and that Perricone CBD Cold Plasma that my skin loves! Spongelle Jasmine Flower – YES! Touch in Sol Primer – Thank You! ExfoliKate – I love it!

Did anyone receive their add-ons from July yet?

Kate of Spades, sorry to hear you’re still waiting. In case you also want to compare when your boxes go out, I just received notice that they sent my premium box. I hope you get your order soon and actually receive what you ordered!

I apologize, I miss read the email and it was NOT for sending my premium box, but rather for sending my charm redemption, plus some extra add-ons I forgot I ordered right before they closed the add-ons store. Perhaps yours is going out in this batch? I got a PMD cleanser device and PureHeals Sleeping Mask. They sent Ups Sure Post, but because I have UPS My Choice Premium, I had it automatically set to upgrade to UPS Ground for free, meaning I expect it on Fri from shipping today. My premium box usually gets the same free upgrade and arrives faster, too.

Kate of Spades, yes, I received my order of add-ons via UPS on 7/24/20. In case it helps, I will list what I received:

MoistureTrip Omega Rich Face Moisturizer 50ml
EN TAUPE (EYESHADOW PALETTE)
Barrier+ Nutrient Water Misting Tonic
Uncaged Eyeshadow Primer 10ml
Active Glow 50ml
Waterfall Glacier Water Cream 50ml

Thanks! Non of the stuff I’ve ordered so seems like I’m gonna wait!

Buyer beware. My local Marshall’s had some of these items months ago, before Covid hit. My store had that Becca palette months ago and for less. Those Fenty products have been on clearance at Sephora for a year. I’d also run from the Juice Beauty lip product. I received one of their lip glosses in my boxy recently. It is the WORST lip product I’ve ever received and that says a lot!

UGH that Juice Beauty lip gloss, it was thin, didn’t stay on, and was stinky in some old fruit way. I don’t declutter much but that I got rid of. I am utterly turned off by that brand. I had an Ulta salesperson try to push the Juice Beauty foundation on me and I just hated it. It’s the only time I got all the way to the checkout and just couldn’t go through with the purchase. It was runny and even though the sales person swore it was the right shade, I kept telling her I thought it looked ashy. She blamed my dry skin, even though zero other foundations had that gray nasty look. I don’t care about the “clean beauty” b.s. Too often it just means that they replaced safe things used for decades with sensitizing essential oils. No thank you, I like sound science in my makeup, not “clean” woo.

Some very nice items here! The ones I am interested in are at a good discount. I just wish there was an exact time to access this like there is with Ipsy.

No way, I am not falling for it again. I cancelled and blocked boxy on my email. I was so dissatisfied that I will never do it again.

Totally feeling you! Also cancelled everything at the end of June. Incredibly unhappy with the customer service I got and just how unprofessional they were. Emails going unanswered for weeks, dozens of unanswered emails and over a month trying to get a refund, having bogus COD charges, etc. Never even received my last add-on order from May (of which there were 10 things I bought).

There are multiple items shown that I’m tempted by, especially that Fenty liquid lipstick I’ve been eyeing since last year, and also the MILK lip balm, the Kaja lippie, the Alamar brushes, and some other stuff. But after my last experience with add-ons, what’s the point? So I can order more stuff, and get excited about getting my items, only to have a month or more go by and receive nothing, then have customer service blow me off for a month hoping I’ll forget about the $110 I spent, and then say how everything is out of stock and they’ll just give me a refund? Which I then lose money on because of the exchange rate? Screw that.

Just because you buy something in add-ons, doesn’t guarantee that you’ll actually get it. I learned that the hard way. And lost money because of it. Lose/lose situation. And that’s also assuming you’re actually able to even buy the stuff you want in the sale. Most of the good items disappear instantly. I heard there was a huge glitch this month with add-ons, where people were able to buy stuff before it opened for everyone, and then when it finally opened so much stuff was already sold out. Just seems so pointless. It’s just another big headache waiting to happen.

Can you skip a month or do you to just cancel?

Kate

The Marc Jacobs lipgloss is on sale for $17 at Sephora right now, and lots more colors available.

Right now there is a sale on Marc Jacobs website and glosses cost $14.50 each but free delivery starts with $50.

Kristina

Uh…what’s with all of the Morphe stuff?

Reply ButtonReply

Lesly

Oo, a lot of good stuff. Been asking for boxes to add Fenty forever!

Cynthia

The fenty avalanche is on sale at sephora for 25 dollars so we are saving a whopping dollar on pop-up! Lol

Reply ButtonReply

Potato

The fenty avalanche has been sold out for about 2 days @ Sephora.

Jamey

Not sure if you watch the Sephora app, but that fenty avalanche set has been showing up and going away for over a year and a half on sale. Just because it isnt there now, wait a few days after the boxy sale, and it will pop up again. Plus you earn points and get 2 samples.

Marion

Yeah, they keep recycling old KVD items for the same price as the Sephora & KVD websites, too.

You have to be careful, because some of these pop-up items aren’t even a great “deal.”

Thanks to you both for mentioning this.
