They did a video a bit ago, they are having supplier issues, as many companies are, due to COVID. Shipping is slower but also suppliers were shut down or backlogged, they said it’s loosening up but hard to predict when it will be back to normal.

I’ve been wondering the same thing the last couple months. I have credits as well but the few outfits and the super fast sellout of anything in my size tells me either there is something going on. Thought about sending a note to find out.

When I told the online chat rep I wanted to cancel, I only got a vague comment about “new things” coming for VIPs and that it would be worth the wait if I wanted to stay. I told him based on my non-selections for the last couple of months, I wasn’t going to stay and to cancel my VIP membership. I’ll keep my eye on things to see if they change.

My “selections” were pretty lousy this month…8 outfits, 3 of which were Gold/Elite only (why they ended up on My Outfits makes no sense since I don’t have that status). 2 had long sleeves…the temperature is hitting high 80s/90 this week. So that left me with a 3-pack of tanks that were $90, one $80 outfit and only ONE $50 outfit that was weather appropriate…but no pockets on the leggings in either outfit. Nope…and now I’m thinking about cancelling.

I have had credits for the last couple months, but there is nothing to buy. My outfits have just a few too, and mostly shorts I would never wear. They usually have so many choices, I have a hard time picking. I wonder what’s up?
