A few new things have been added. I picked up a Zoeva palette for $6.

Apparently the Farmacy cherry cleansing balm was briefly back in stock for $6, upsetting those who paid $12.

I used my coupon from Boxycharm when I rejoined. I choose Storybrook Little Red Ridding Hood Palette. I also picked the 111skin for choose. I wanted some of the products that are sold out and the eyelash stuff for choose but I checked late. Maybe I’ll get Boxycharm next month and they’ll be available.

Has anyone else not received their shipping notification yet? I was charged for my Boxycharm premium on the 2nd and still haven’t heard from them. Am I just being impatient?

Reply ButtonReply

Ms Peaches

Yes. It takes up to 10 business days to ship after being charged plus shipping has been delayed due to COVID

Marie

I chose the lash serum and added on the Life’s A Drag palette, Hourglass highlighter in Champagne and Pink, Too Faced matte lipstick in Feelin’ Myself, Blinc lash primer, Elemis resurfacing pads and Farmacy honey potion.

argh, this is the second round of premium i have been through where i have not had early access! Is everyone able to get in except me? I have written to them like 5 times since this morning and no reply except a bot that tells me that premium and luxe box people get early access starting today (except me and i am a member of both luxe and premium 🙁 Dont suppose anyone has a phone number?

Stacy

Just for future reference every time you email again it sends you to the back of the “line” so the more you send the longer it’ll take to get a response

Morgan

Been there- just save the link that ends with choice. Their website is poorly designed.

Marie

Try Boxycharm.com/choice

Steph H.

I don’t think they have a phone number unfortunately.

Laura

Ok I’m new to the add ins lol. The 111skin was a choice option for the base box and that avocado mask I’ve seen spoilers that it’s in the premium box? Does that happen a lot

Reply ButtonReply

RAR

Yes, so if you choose something else, you still get a chance of getting your second choice.

I chose the Clean Skin Club brightening booster and picked up the 111skin in add-ons along with a couple $6 items. Yay! I need more skincare like a hole in the head but I do love it so.

Reply ButtonReply

GMforever

I did the exact same thing and I’m crossing my fingers that the 111skin serum is not made in China.
I wanted to try the Clean Skin c booster, never heard of this brand before but I want to find a vitamin C that would work for my skin, hopefully this will.

Jean

TBH I have been completely underwhelmed by most of the 111skin items I’ve had the opportunity to try, thanks to sub boxes. This product sounds so interesting I couldn’t resist it for $12! I do live the rose gold gel sheet masks from this brand.

Shannon

Wish I had known that was an add o. Before picking that lol. Thought the other would be an add on and I’d grab it but nope the other was lol. Oh well, I have too much skincare anyways. And how about that hourglass in add ins that ran out for choice last month ugh!

What needs to happen is unified action…mass cancellations. That’s the only way BC will care even an iota. Won’t happen though…too many subscribers are blind to the scam of BC.

Jamey

My comment didn’t post and it’s been a while…not sure why it does that. I know some post right away and sometimes others take longer, but some never show up….

Jamey

Yeah, that whole hourglass thing that was supposed to be a choice item that they greyed out so quick that people did not even hardly have a chance to pick it, and then turn around and sell it so they could make more money off of selling it separately vs just letting more people choose the item it’s kinda shady. I’ve been with Boxy 5 years now, no skipping or anything and noticed they are getting so greedy and sketchy on how they do things, and not only that, their customer service is the worst of any sub boxes out here, when they used to be really good about helping you and figuring things out. Seems like they got so greedy and don’t care about customer service or the items they send out as long as they get their money. They know if some people cancel, many more will just be waiting to come in and take their place and they don’t care whom or where the money comes from as long as they get it. It’s sad knowing how they used to be to this today.
Also, pay attention, they do this hourglass switch a lot..just like that month with the manny and smash box pallettes, many that month did not get a pallette and got skincare they didnt want, but once again Boxy held them back to only turn around and sell them later to make more money for them and not caring about customers that are loyal and pay a lot of money at their company. They have started doing this often.

If anyone missed out on the IGK Mistress, IGK is offering it for free right now on their website with a $35 purchase. You can also get a free IGK First Class Dry Charcoal Dry Shampoo as well if you sign up to subscribe to their emails.

Lisa

Thanks for the info… I missed out on the IGK Mistress, but went to their website and took advantage of the free offer.

Ashley

You’re very welcome, Lisa!

Kate

you get the dry shampoo with a 30$ purchase

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

I used the promo code they sent me in my email and I got the dry shampoo and mistress for free with free shipping and my order total was $35

J

What did everyone choose for choice?

Reply ButtonReply

RAR

111skin – it has a retail price of $155

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

But it might not be the exact same as the company sends because boxycharm uses the brand name and “remakes” stuff like this for cheap in China and its debatable if the ones in China are the same and as good as they ones the company actually makes.

Paula

It was a hard choice for me between the babe lash and the 111skin. Went with 111skin

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

Nice, I ended up getting the lash serum and buying the 111 for an additional $12

Kate

got glam glow gentle bubble and pharmacy honey mask

Reply ButtonReply

Jacki

I got 1 cherry cleanser, 2 farmacy masks, a couple of hair treatments, and wander mascara. I got in just after it opened. I looked more thoroughly after checking out, and several times were oos already

Reply ButtonReply

Jennie

Kept refreshing since 10am and got on as soon as it went live and never even had the option for the smashbox or too faced palettes. sheesh. Maybe they’ll hold some for tomorrow, who knows.

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Most of the palettes are already sold out — Lunar Beauty, Smashbox, Too Faced.

I got the 2 things that I wanted: Hank & Henry Living in Color palette (IIRC, I wanted to buy this in the pop-up shop, but it sold out crazy fast) + Milk Glow Oil lip & cheek in Solar (I got Glimmer in Premium last month) . Each was $6.

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

The “in living color ” pallette Is there now and you can add it to your cart… not sure about the milk though…

Reply ButtonReply

Christa H.

I chose the Babe Lash serum since I’m nearly out of my Grande Lash. I have too much skincare, so I passed on the 111skin. I did order the ace beaute quintessential palette since it has always sold out on Add-on day😊

Reply ButtonReply

Potato

Welp got in the first minute and didn’t even get the chance to see the price of the farmacy cleanser LOL

Reply ButtonReply

Natalie

I placed my order at 10:09am and got the farmacy cleanser. Totally doesn’t make sense. I shopped the add ons before choosing my item though. Maybe that made a difference? 🤷🏼‍♀️
At any rate, this scarcity marketing thing is such a scam. Like… let people buy what they want!

Reply ButtonReply

Jennie

I checked consistently since 945 and I wasn’t able to get on until about 10:15 ish. They announced on their instagram that they were running behind schedule. Most of the desirable palettes were gone. I was lucky to snag a farmacy mask.

Potato

Next time I’ll browse quicker LOL. I didn’t watch any of the add on spoilers so spent some time browsing everything.

GMforever

I had similar experience. I checked the choice items first (without picking anything) then went to see the add ons at around 10.05/06 AM PT and everything was in stock. I did a quick check out with one Farmacy cleanser at 10.07 before it sold out like 3 minutes later when I checked back.

Ashley

Natalie – What time zone are you in?

Jennifer

It was $12

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Someone posted a glitch on Instagram that if you went to the Reviews tab on the website, you could see the discounted/add-on prices of certain items & add them to your cart before the sale officially began. I know the Farmacy cleansing balm & Smashbox Palette discussed in multiple places in conjunction with this glitch.

Reply ButtonReply

Potato

That’s probably why! I was surprised that some sold out so fast although that’s how the sales usually are

Ashley

Well, that explains it. I got on as soon as it went live and the Farmacy cleanser was already gone. This is the second time that has happened to me.

Kat in CT

Thank you, I totally forgot today was the day and can’t believe I snagged the 111SKIN!

Reply ButtonReply

Heidi

I had to get the Glamglow gentle bubble cleanser since mine is nearly gone….

Reply ButtonReply

Rose

Thank you! I think I may get some more of that as well…it’s really nice.

Reply ButtonReply

Heidi

You’re welcome!

I was really surprised it was on there… I was trying not to buy anything, but for $6 I had to. However, I quit looking at the rest of the items after that!
