Got mine today but the R&Co was missing 🤬

I’m hoping customer service will make it right, but based on some of the past comments I’ve seen I’m not too optimistic.

FYI, if anyone has UPS Choice (can often find code online for a 3 months free trial, check do not renew) With Choice, one can upgrade package so it arrives faster! it let me choose May 5th as arrival date as giving to DD as part of bday pressie (soon!) and ordered May 1st! could not get Amazon to send anything on time so really hoping no delays!

For approx $56 after taxes and shipping to my area, I took a leap of faith. I like R+Co, could use a new pair of sunglasses, and really liked the looks of that bag. That price for 3 items I want is great and the rest I view as extras. Crossing fingers I don’t have any shipping issues.

I ordered this with a $40 off coupon. It was my first Box of Style. This box is amazing! The box is worth getting just for the purse alone. Gold is not my choice of metal but the bracelet is stunning. The glasses are classsic. The Erno Laszlo hydrate is so good.

I received it rather quickly. The only “problem” I had was the UPS claimed to was delivered and it wasn’t. I contacted BOS customer service and they explained that it would be delivered the next day by UPS.
