BoxyCharm BoxyPopUp Sale Starts Now!

Hi,
I noticed that many people who purchased products from the Popup sale received many damaged items.I had similar issues and 5 pallettes were broken and 3 of the foundation outer boxes were crushed.
They were supposed to be for birthday gifts, but they are totally unsuitable for gifts now.
I sent emails with photos of the damaged pallets and the foundations several times.However the customer service reps keep asking for photos of the damaged products and have not made any effort to take care of this.I hope that this issue can be resolved without getting my credit card company involved.
Would love to find out if any similar problems were resolved and if so,the steps they took to get a replacement or a refund.

I spent $200 and my box arrived with 3 bottles of Keratherapy spilled all over the box. The pumps are completely separated from the metal tubes. Nothing can be used for the gifts they were intended to be. Most aren’t usable. I took a photo with the label on one flap looking into the pile of goop. I then emailed pictures of goop soaked items. Boxycharm has the complete list of what I ordered. I’m not happy they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Hopefully they will make this right without involving my credit card co. I’ve shared a single photo on social media already. I will have to post more. I want people to make informed decisions when they order. It’s very troubling that boxy didn’t learn from their mistakes and place the conditioners in plastic bags.

I ordered $85 worth of products. Great deals but was packaged horribly. 14 items stuffed in a bubble envelope. There was a Keratin Fix 20-in-1 hair treatment that the top popped completely off. The entire bottle of product dumped all over everything else in the package. I carefully took pictures and sent them all to Customer Service, but because I did not take a pic of the label next to each damaged item they are refusing to replace. I’m truly unhappy, as I don’t usually spend that much and I was really looking forward to getting the package. I was less than charmed with the whole experience. I was really disappointed.

I received my order today and it was missing over half of the items. Plus there was an item I did not order in there. Very concerned about this. Boxycharm how are you going to fix this? I know you read this website!

I ordered 3 items the first day of the pop up and they have yet to ship.. anyone else?

Be careful with what you ordered. I ordered the Elemis oxygenating night cream at 50 ml. I received it today and it was a 30 ml one.

Well, they gave me a code for $10 off but you still need to spend $25 after discounts to get free shipping. And a lot of is now sold out (everything that I wanted actually lol). So don’t get suckered in with the email code you got today.

I really wanted the two faced face Palette but it was sold out 😭 if anyone has a new one for sale let me know

I practiced restraint as I just spent $400 in FFF add ons. I got:

I finally got the choice link to work in time to choose the Tula balm then I went in to Pop Up with a list of 3 items I really wanted. The Tula toner, the Angie perfume and the Elemis scalp mask. (It would be nice to hold back even a handful of every item for the base box subscribers or even limit items to 2 each of things on the first day.) JMHO None of the items on my list were available.

Is everything sold out yet? I’m curious to see if there’s anything I’d be interested in but I’ve skipped the past few months.

Does anyone know if they add more items tomorrow? I believe in the past they added more things the day it opened for all access but I’m not 100% sure.

Oh man I am having fun in popup today. I had to come see if everyone is as excited as I am. I think this has been the best popup yet. Boxy is killing it. I love seeing what everyone grabbed!!! I think I might have to go back in a fourth time. I am amazed!!!

Seems like items are selling out much quicker this time! Definitely placed 2 orders all ready. One quick one to make sure I scooped up at least most of my wish list. Hopefully they’ll restock some things for tomorrow all access!

This was my second popup sale and can’t wait for more.

I spent around $100 on 2 separate orders. The first order was the stuff I really wanted and wanted to grab before it sold out. The other was smaller less important items. I got a Zoeva Plaisor 2 box, the VV Best Life 2 pallete, the only Ace Beauty palette I dont have in the collection yet, the Classical Paradise, some sheet masks, some more Kypris, Avant primer (only because it was $6 and said it retails for over $100 so I want to try it.), Winky Luxe Matcha balm, nail polish remover, a pair of socks, Billion Dollar Brows Microblade pen, VV lippie and some Spongelles. That’s alot for under $100, I would pay that just for 2 of the palettes and I got 5 plus all the other stuff.

Has anyone received the items that they ordered around April 13 from the last pop up sale? I have not received several of my items that I ordered on April 13. I sent an email and I’m waiting for a response. I also ordered something else after the 13th and received that one weeks ago. I hope the order that I placed today comes in a timely manner.

I’ve upgraded to premium. I really wanted that teeth whitening device and blowout brush…and it saved me like 400$ (at least if you believe the retail prices)…and now that I’ve secured that I am going to shop make up!

I got in no problem. This is the 1st time I’ve purchased on pop-up. I saw the Kypris for $5 and mine is half gone so I had to buy another.

I also got the Purlisse Watermelon & Marshmallow peel off mask, Ace Beaute Blossom Passion palette, & Georgette Klinger makeup remover.

Not bad for $27.63

I got 13 items (3 being eyeshadow palettes) for just under $100. Really nice selection this time around, I think this is the most I’ve ever spent on popup.

I got the three things I wanted as soon as Pop Up opened. I got:

I’m really glad I was able to get what I wanted!

I spent over $100. I’ve never spent that much on a pop-op/ad-ons/edit sale before. I think the FOMO of items potentially selling out before I could checkout prompted me to rush through & not carefully consider my purchases. 😆

Overall, I’m pretty pleased — I got what will be my first Viseart palette, plus the Hank & Henry palette I wanted, & a bunch of smaller stuff.

I loled at the DLS umbrella brand products being $1. I wonder if the KVD products will sell — the Boxy prices seemed like the same/similar to what they’ve been in the Sephora clearance section for a few months.
