Same. I placed a small order on the 8th, and the delivery estimate is the 20th. I’ve been Rouge since Rouge’s inception (not that it matters now…no free Flash shipping anymore, etc.) I used to live in Europe and waited a long time for packages, so have the Patience Game on lock, but it’s strange some folks are getting theirs super fast like there’s no pandemic going on, and others have to wait lots longer. We live in the country’s 4th largest city, too, so it’s not that. It’s only makeup 🙂
