  3. I finally got my Spring box yesterday, and wouldn’t you know it, it was missing the Glow Recipe. Box was sealed, so I really doubt it was tampered with in-transit. I contacted Customer Service, but I’m resigned to not getting the eye cream. I’m disappointed because that was one of the items I specifically subbed to get, and frustrated by the whole overall experience. What a mess!

    I will say I love what I did get. The bowls are beautiful, the glasses are cute and seem sturdy, and the facial mist is super luxe (I plan to use it to prime and set my makeup). While the necklace is not my style, it is very well made. The only sad trombone was the crystals set: beyond thinking crystal “wellness” is pretty silly, the stones themselves aren’t even all that nice looking. (I used to collect rocks, so I know from pretty rocks.)

  4. I’m confused how to apply my store credit to my add-on? Does anyone know if it will be applied automatically? It’s the only reason I’m adding the add-on to my box! 🙂

    • It will be added automatically at check out. That is what happened to me.

  6. It took 26 days for my box to arrive – only a big deal to me because it sat in the shopping phase for 20 days with no movement or communication and then randomly showed up yesterday. When it arrived yesterday it was in a really strange state. The box was still sealed but it was sealed with the top half about 4 inches higher than being flush and with half the items missing (of course the necklace was still in there! hahaha!). I haven’t emailed them about it yet. sigh.

    • That’s exactly how mine came!! I only got the necklace, glasses, eye cream.

  7. I got my spring box yesterday, it took almost a whole month from order to delivery, but it seemed to get here a day after finally leaving the warehouse. They responded to my email on April 21st, so they were still answering emails then. Their insta is being updated so if there are problems with contacting them maybe people can try there?

  8. Sending an email that something special is on the way nearly three weeks ago, ANNNNNDDDDD it’s still not here?! I like Lalicious, Rifle Paper Co., and Apotheke, but won’t be buying at this rate of experience or pace.

    • My Spring Box finally arrived and am relieved that everything was in it, after reading some comments. Everything’s in good condition and they honored my customization requests. It’s a very lovely box, now that it’s finally arrived in good condition.

      Are there any spoilers for the Summer Box?

      What is the cut off date for being charged for the Summer Box?

  9. I received 1 of the 2 Spring boxes that I ordered. FedEx shows the 2nd one as delivered, but I have not received it. I contacted PS almost a week ago about the missing box but I have not received a response yet. I hope that I will be able to get the other box because I would like to have the bowls.
    I’m skipping add-ons for now due to the Covid financial strain. I hope those who order them love them.

    • I had an issue with them about a refund and it took them about a week and a half to get back to me but they did get back to me. Hopefully you hear back soon!

    • Have you tried contacting fed ex. It sounds like more of a delivery issue than a Popsugar issue. or maybe a porch pirate stole it?

  10. My account says billing is June 1-14. This leaves a month for box spoilers

    • And in the month before billing these add ons have the potential to sell out. Not a very friendly way of doing business: asking us to buy add ons and sign up without any clue of what we will be receiving for 75 bucks or wait to see spoilers while add ons we like will probably sell out. It’s a bit backwards.

  11. I unsubscribed after I saw the last box and after being a charter subscriber. I’m over this

  12. I can’t just throw $75 at the wall. While I like some of these add ons I don’t appreciate this marketing strategy. Giving us at least one spoiler before add ons would be tasteful. This makes me think that pop sugar has no confidence in their summer box offerings.

    • Agree. All of these companies being stingy with spoilers tells me all I need to know. ( I’m looking at you, too, Boxycharm.) Cancelled BC yesterday and not biting on this. They really must believe we’re gullible, desperate to buy ANY stuff, have loads of disposable income…or all three.

  13. The Spring box I bought on the 6th finally, actually, shipped today. Scheduled to get here by this time next week.

    I totally understand why it took so long to ship my box, but I really wish Popsugar had reached out at some point. A quick email would have gone a long way. Instead I got a shipping notice on the 10th and radio silence afterward. I’m not super impressed with them at the moment and I’m not sure I’m going to keep my sub for Summer.

    • I ordered on April 1st, I got my official shipment notice from psmh today. Emailed customer service 3 times and nobody replied. I don’t know on what basis they started fulfilling orders, I Still believe safety and health of the employees come first, however I think customer service did a poor job in my case. Or better, no job at all.

  14. So no customization at all for the summer box?

    • I’m confused. There was a customize button, but when I selected it, it took me to add-ones.

  15. I bought the spring box on sale, it came a week ago half empty, and customer service doesn’t reply. I didn’t get the moisture melt spray, the bowls, or the crystals. The first 2 were the only reason I ordered.
    Won’t be getting summer.

    • Oh man, that stinks. I was charged for my sale Spring box on April 4. It arrived in my state yesterday, but won’t be delivered until next Monday, a month after I was charged for it. If anything’s missing or broken, I’ll be furious, especially since so many people are saying that PSMH customer service has gone silent. There’s no way I’ll be getting the Summer box.

      • I’m waiting for mine for three weeks, too. If anything’s missing, I will need to file a credit card charge back if they fraudulently represented what is in the spoilers and exactly what I chose and they did a switch and bait or didn’t give me what I specifically paid for.
