There are a lot of lawsuits against Wen for scalp damage and hair loss. I’m guessing he had to rebrand his product due to the bad publicity.

It’s probably not worth 90 cents to me. I’ve tried several of those Wen cleansing conditioners over the years only because I received them in various boxes and bundles. It doesn’t do anything for me. My hair doesn’t feel clean or particularly soft and I have to use a ton even though I have baby fine just past the shoulders hair that’s starting to thin. It made my completely straight hair look even more flat than usual. But who knows… it has to work for some hair types because it’s been around for ages. I think it premiered on QVC or HSN probably 15+ years ago. It was the first or one of the first cleansing conditioners ever made I believe. I’ve found other brands that work okay but in general I guess I’m just not a fan of the whole concept.
