I am so unbelievably bummed out about these palettes.. I signed up for my VERY first time for my Bday On my bday, when i was checking out I literally searched everywhere for the code box to enter mattemadness code for one of those :'( I tried reaching out too the customer support team AS SOON as i sent order and it took them about 5 or 6 days too get back too me and on top of that I was trying to find out what i needed too do to be able to re order before i got charged and OF COURSE my first experience with them was not the greatest :'( something i was REALLY looking forward too it, i can review it on my new you tube channel. All CS support said is that its confirmed i signed up w/o code… DUH BOXY thanx for NOT answering my questions at all and assisting me in trying to Re Order my box too take advantage of the Palette :'( so super bummed about that, and hoping the box does not get delayed like my sisters! that would really stink after all this build up and excitment to FINALLY sign up

Exactly! Normally we would have had updates already. I’ve tried searching on Youtube and other blogs too, and haven’t seen anything concrete.
