Has anyone noticed that recently a number of the reasonably priced items you might put in your Sephora cart to hit free shipping now say that they can’t be shipped to the US? There are some restrictions on shipping perfume, but the restrictions don’t appear to be uniform. Does anyone know about this?

Well, I have that PMG lip balm and love it. That’s a $40 product right there. Add in the other 4 items, and what a deal!

My thoughts exactly. The first thing I did was check and verify the PMG balm was full sized. After that (as a lip balm addict) it was an easy choice.
