Did anyone else have trouble getting the free shipping at $25?

I ordered the ceramic pots, three of them and ALL arrived broken and damaged due to improperly packing them. So disappointed. I have contacted customer service and hope to get a replacement or refund. Whomever packed them didnt use enough material to prevent them banging against each other and the bottom of the box had zero extra support. They were tightly crammed into a small box without enough insulation. ANyone else order them and have issue?

Love BoxyPopUp not only did a spend a ton at fff but I only got like 7 items, I spent a lot at BoxyPopUp as well bc I never went crazy on there and always missed out so I got everything I wanted and not only that spent a lil more than fff but got 4x more stuff with them then fff. Their deals are absolutely amazing but now I can’t spend money for a while lol but the prices are reasonable and awesome value

My order is not shipped either. I am not on social media and it nice to know that I am not the only one who did not received the items.

BC is saying all over social media that shipments will be happening through March. Evidently they said as much about the pop up in their FAQ section.

Just in terms of pricing, some items were more expensive than what FFF charged, and some were cheaper. For example, a Saturday Skin boxed set was $7 during the FFF edit/add-on sale in January, and BC is offering the exact same set in the pop up now for $12. BC has spongelles at $4 each, and FFF charged $7. So I think it all depends on the particular item.

This was way better than FFF IMHO I didn’t buy anything in the fff sale and have, to the dismay of my wallet, gone in 3 times to the pop up LOL

If it helps I got the the Dr Perrione Retinol serum (being discontinued or reformulated I think) for $16 which sold for $99. I grabbed a couple of $4 items as well. I subbed this month for the Kate Summerville so luckily was subbed.

The prices are way better than fff. I subscribe to both and I waited for boxy and I’m so glad I did. There is still alot of great items available. Plus February is my favorite box In along time.
