I had a problem with an item in my December box and was promised a replacement in mid December, nothing, then contacted cs again near the end of the year. Finally, today someone got back to me via email and informed me that the damaged item is no longer available but as an ACE I will be getting 5.00 in birchbox points added to my account within the next three days. We shall see, but, yeah……I’d call nearly five weeks and six emails sluggish customer service.🙃

Has anyone else had trouble with their CS?
I sent an inquiry last Tuesday and have not gotten a reply. I sent a follow up two days ago and nothing since then either.
There is a notice that they’re “experiencing high volume” or whatever, but a week to email back is INSANE. If they’re going to take more then 48 hours, it’s time to hire more people!

I had the same problem with CS. I emailed them on the 7th about something and no reply so I messaged them on FB and now my issue is resolved. I recommend contacting them on Facebook.
