The January 2020 Ipsy Add-Ons are available now! These are additional products you can add to your Glam Bag, Glam Bag Plus, or Glam Bag Ultimate subscription.

Here’s everything you need to know about Ipsy Add-Ons:

Add-Ons are available for 24 hours!

You have to reveal your glam bag spoilers to gain access to Add-Ons. To access add-ons, visit ipsy.com or the ipsy mobile app for your monthly Spoiler Alert. Once you complete the Spoiler Alert, you will see a selection of products that can be added to your bag. Select the products you’d like, confirm your order, and the products will ship with your glam bag

You may choose up to 5 add-on products per month. These items will be added to your glam bag or glam bag plus shipment. And shipping is free!

The Add-Ons will be a small selection of products, some of which are from that month’s Glam Bag assortment. Sample-sized products at $3 each. Full-size products are $12

ICYMI Add-ons ARE BACK. Go to shopper and there is a banner at the top. Free shipping.

FYI. I finished picking for one bag early this AM and the site showed what addons were sold out. So it just doesn’t remove them anymore. You’ll be able to see all the options. I was surprised the realher eyeshadow was sold out. The HUDA warm brown and all but one of the morphe concealers sold out. Also the 111skin and benefit brow gel.

I got the Real Her eyeshadow as an add-on. Normally I wouldn’t go for this brand but the color looks amazing.

They extended the add ons for 1 day, but I didn’t see that until today on IG, even though I was on IG several times yesterday (??). I wonder if they were expecting better sales.

My spoilers couldn’t be seen until yesterday and they also gave me the option of add ons because they’ve had tech difficulties in some accounts such as mines

How can I get more than 5 add-on’s I the January 2020 glam bag?

Some people got an offer for unlimited add ons, some ppl got 8, some people got BOGO!! I didn’t get anything special. If you have 2 bags like GBP and reg, you can now do 5 per bag on the website. You just click on the different tabs for each bag. You used to have to trick it by doing one bag in the website and one in the app.

I added on the Huda Sapphire and Emerald palettes. I chose the Huda Ruby palette for choice on my GBP this month. I really love those little obsession palettes and have wanted most of them even before I signed up for GBP. The RV is almost 30$ so i will take them for 12$ for sure

Hi i cant get the box but i see you said about choosing the ruby palette i didnt see it in the addons to buy 🙁 Same with the purple they wee doing a look with it but I don’t see it either. I cant afford to buy makeup so this is the only way for me and my daughter and we had nothing as of may so we got a few from here. But man die for those 2 beautiful palettes only colors I wear 🙁 Thanks

You could only choose the Ruby or Amethyst palette on choice day, which was back in December.

I added on the 111skin, Thrive mascara, and Morphe concealer. I wish I had read these comments first, looks like I missed out on a couple of nice full-sized vegan lip products!

I always come here first before I pick for all my bags. Not a lot of comments today but there was a lot of chatter in the spoilers thread. So that why I picked the PUR and blueberry cleanser as add-ons.

Same here. I check ipsy first thing to make sure there’s nothing I super want or think will sell out. If there is, I use one bag to add those things on and save my other bag add ons for after reading the comments.

I added on the Knours lotion, Finding Ferdinand lipstick, bamboo & charcoal body scrub, glow pore mask, and the Bubble Peel Pads. Pretty excited about my choices!

I thought the same. Not really any sort of value. I’m sure you can find them on sale cheaper. But I love trying new and different skincare items and these seem right up my alley.

I just signed up for the bag the $12 bag from Ipsy. I didn’t see a section where you could pick those items from above. Where would I find that?

You won’t get option add ons until your second month. You’ll get to select one item for your bag also in second month.

Well if you signed up today you won’t, but in general if you sign up before choice day you get to pick for choice and get to pick add ons for the upcoming month.

Added the Finding Ferdinand in Very Berry (because I keep getting only nudes or bright reds and love blue reds) and the PUR foundation because of comments on these boards. $3 is totally worth it to try a foundation I wouldn’t normally look at twice.

Even at the huge discount, I REFUSE to add on the Juice Beauty serum or the 111 Skin. I have GBP and Ultimate and I feel like I should have gotten one in my bags.

It’s debatable whether it’s worth $200 or the product is over priced. I’ve only heard cult raves out their eye serum.

I like the ipsy keychains they are adorable… maybe they will have them.next month… I skipped my glam bag for this month because last month was a bit on the downside and didnt want to feel like I was wasting money, love the bag…. I only wanted the concealer I can go to ulta or morphe site for that… I’m hoping that ipsy will fix their customizations, because I noticed if I dont pick a product they dont follow my profile as much… hopefully february will be amazing…. I cant wait

Yes Alice! I see your comments and always agree with you! 🙂 boxy is way too much drama and I feel like the regular Ipsy bag is a steal especially with the add ons . I never complain like some do there’s give and take with a subscription. I stay positive 😉

It looks like your photo was taken after some of the items were gone. I saw a larger selection of $12 items.

I do have a question. Why were the Huda lip products moved from the $3 category to the $12 category?

I think the photo was taken from an account with Ultimate and those missing products were in that user’s bag. Because right now I still see all (20?) $12 options available in my GB as available add-ons.

I like the add-ons, this month. I purchased the ultimate cosmetic bag, Too Faced Hangover primer, H20 moisturizer, Ciate London blush in Matchmaker and Bellapierre lipstick (full size for $3.00, can’t beat that).

I feel the same because I cancelled Ultimate. I got another Huda palette (I chose Amethyst so I added on Emerald), the Ultimate makeup bag (I’m a sucker for white marble), and the snowflake bag charm. Between the price of Plus and my add-ons I spent more than I would’ve on Ultimate but not by much, and I’m so much more happy with what I’m getting now. I worried I’d have Ultimate FOMO but I didn’t miss much thankfully.

I paused at the last minute, but no FOMO with the bags or the add-ons. I kind of wanted the Flesh highlighters or maybe a Huda palette, but not enough to stay subbed. They’ll be on eBay or a swap site soon enough.

You do realize this is an independent website & Ipsy will never see your comment, right? Your best bet would be to go to your account settings on the Ipsy app. You can skip a month (or more), as well as cancel your subscription entirely if you wish to do so. However you will still get this month’s gb as you were already billed in December.

Diane, this is not the ipsy website. Commenting here will not help you.

You need to go to the ipsy website (or app), go to the Account tab > Memberships > View Membership > scroll down down down to the More section > Manage Membership. From there, it’s a matter of scrolling down to the bottom of each page again, & clicking the link that says cancel. DO NOT click any of the pink buttons! Once you do cancel, you will receive an email with a link you have to click to confirm that you DO want to cancel.

Alternatively, try contacting ipsycare via Twitter.

Hey Diane, This isn’t Ipsy’s site. They aren’t going to hear you and cancel your account from over here.😉 I do understand your frustration in contacting Ipsy, many have expressed having a hard time finding their customer service info and I know the site sends you around in circles. That’s why I have kept the customer service e-mail address for myself any time I need to contact them. Try sending an email directly to [email protected]. It will go straight to their customer care team and I have always gotten a response in 24 to 48 hours. Good luck hun!

I have a lot more options in my add-ons for FS products. I assume this is a SS from Ultimate where you have gotten some of the FS products in your bag and thus, they don’t show as add-ons? It would probably be best to SS from OG Glam bag to see the full range of FS add-ons. SS from Ultimate to show the range of $3 add-ons.

Does anyone know if that Finding Ferdinard is a full-size lipstick? I got the full size one in my GBP but the packaging was different. I saw on FF’s website they have a trial version available. Thanks 🙂

No, it’s a mini. If it was FS it would say on the product listing and image matches their mini packaging.
