IPSY bag contents and ADD ons are available. Just shopped and saw all my bags contents. I picked up another one of each of the serums. I love serums and these had excellent reviews.

Choice was on December 19th and was only open on that day. So you missed the opportunity to choose a product.
Usually a date for choice is given on the card given with your bag.
Also, keep an eye here on MSA and you’ll never miss the date again.

I still have not received my December bag. Fedex was notified, but the bag never shipped. 😩. I contacted Ipsy. Four of the five add ons I purchased are out of stock. Including the CEO which was purchased as a gift. And most of the items I was scheduled to receive in my bag are sold out as well. I am not getting the item I picked, the TPSY lip oil or the Tarte blush. But I was told that I would receive “similar items which I am sure to love!” WTF? My Merry Christmas from Ipsy!

I went with the PUR pressed powder , heard great things about it, plus I have so much skincare ! Thank goodness , so time to bring on new makeup , for the new year !!

I picked the Blueberry Cleanser and I’m excited. I think the Banila Cleaning Balm was an add-on last month (I got it somehow – maybe it was in a mystery bag). I really do not like it – it felt like my skin was dirtier (sticky) after and I had to clean again with another cleaner – just heads up if anyone is thinking of trying it.

Alice, I have found that Balms are useful only when I wear a full face of makeup, which needs the added help of melting it down first and then making the final cleanse easy.

The choices for Plus are awesome! The choices for the regular glam bag and ultimate suck. One more month like this for regular glam bag and I’m canceling. I hope they choose at least a couple of good products that match my profile. And I hope I actually receive my add-ons this month, they’re the only thing I’m looking forward to getting with my December bag!

I surprisingly picked the eyeliner! I somehow only have one black liquid liner in my spares drawer, and I’ll need it by mid-January, so I’m due for a new one, and the option they have is a full size from a brand that seems interesting, so why not?

I picked the cleansing balm. I tried the blueberry cleanser before & did not like that much at all. It hardly foams which was the main reason that I tried it lol.

Well, I did opposite..lol. I got the balm in a mystery bag last month and hated it (it made my face sticky and I had to rewash with another cleaner). So now I’m trying the blueberry..lol.
I hope switch works for both of us!

I got the tinted lip balm. Good ingredients, CF and I liked that they are working to improve conditions for working horses, mules and donkeys. Any company that works towards better lives for animals, is one I am happy to support! If I end up liking the formula, there are several other shades I wouldn’t mind purchasing.

I went with the cleansing balm for one bag and the tinted lip balm for the other. I won’t be sad if blueberry bounce shows up in one of my bags, but gel formulas tend to dry me out a bit, so it’s a better summer product for me.

I was torn between the concealer, lip balm and powder foundation. I reasoned that I just bought the noya lip balm in the flash sale and didn’t need another one right now (even though the color looked really pretty) and I currently have three opened foundations to go through so concealer it was!

Tempted by pressed powder but mine was too light for me …LOL…
Cleansing balm the sample size is just too small..

I rarely use primers and have a big pot of illamasque (From GBP) that will last me a lifetime. I got the mini mini Porefessional last month so I’m set for travel if I need one.

Am I the only one that chose the primer? To be honest though, I am on a product overload right now, so I don’t have many things I need or even want. Now we wait to see what the other products will be!

I hated the Too faced peachy primer (great on color brightening, but sat on face and made makeup cake) so now I am nervous about Too Faced primers even though I like the brand in general.

I picked the GLOW Blueberry cleanser. I was hoping this would be one of the items to pick. I smelled it at Sephora and it smells great.

I chose the Blueberry cleanser too. I was afraid I would not get it if I didn’t. I own the BFR tinted balm in Hannah. Not impressed with it. The formula is like hard, off brand Chapstick. Love the BFR eyeliner, though. I would have selected the Morphe, but it looks like the second lightest and I definitely need one shade lighter. Fingers crossed. My December bag seems to be lost along with my $45 in add-ons. I hope that I can resist those for January.

Oooh, so many good choices this month~! Initially leaning towards the ‘tinted lip balm and Pur foundation powder or the Morphe concealer, but actually think I might go for the NOMAD eyeshadow. I’ve loved every shadow from that brand they have sent me, and reach for them more often than many items.

I would have liked the Morphe but I got offered a pretty dark shade 1.55 and I think my shade is 1.25. I got then a tinted lip balm instead of that.

I’m not sure if they are also taking into consideration that concealers should be a tad bit lighter. I was offered 2.55, which I think is too dark for me.

They offered me 1.55 which is too dark. The Pur shade was on target. I wonder why they can get one shade so right and the other product shade so wrong?

I dont think they do take that into consideration. I was offered the Medium Golden in the Pur foundation(which looks perfect for me so I picked that), and the 2.55 shade in the Morphe(I think 1.55 would be what i need). Hoping i can pick the Morphe up in the correct shade as an add on. I’d really like to give it a try since it’s so reasonably priced.

I got offered the Morphe concealer in shade 1.25, which – fingers crossed – is the correct shade for me. I chose that. Still haven’t found my HG concealer, so I’m willing to give any concealing product a shot.

My HG is Benefit Boi-ing. Onr sample tub has covered my under eye circles AND lasted forever.
I went with the blueberry cleanser. Wasn’t going to but curiously got the best of me.

The best concealer for me is simple Almay. It’s smooth, lightweight, covers perfectly without caking, and has a great range of shades. The lightest is my choice.

Have you tried IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye? I use it wherever I need concealer and it’s waterproof.

That one was terrible for me. Super cakey, never looked right. Love that it has SPF but was terrible for me as makeup, so I just mix in a little with moisturizer sometimes for a tint to use up the sample.

I was going to get the Banila cleansing balm, but everyone else seems so excited about the Blueberry Bounce cleanser, I chose it instead. OMG, I succumbed to peer pressure or something like that, and I’m 48. 🙁 I did read the descriptions of both first and decided that the Blueberry Bounce slightly edged out the cleansing balm. I like things that foam.

the banilo co is my ride or die item!!! it’s a must if you double cleanse. gets rid of 90% of makeup and daily waterproof sun screens. i hope they will offer full size for plus!

I’m not impressed with the choices this month. I canceled my secondary bag that I had reactivated to get the Violet Voss palette. I picked the Pur foundation for my primary bag.

Omgosh I LOVE these boards! I was seriously hating all these choices until I read all the comments. I thought PUR was an inferior, universally hated brand and so many are singing its praises. Now I want to try it, haha! Also passed right by the tinted lip balm, a product I usually love because it looked more brown on my phone. Now on my laptop it looks rosy/mauve and really nice! I want it!
I chose the Blueberry cleanser, but was planning to skip this month because the other choices looked so bad. But now I want everything! LOL
