  1. Anyone get their shipping notice for this?

    • I received tracking January 22 and my box arrived Sunday January 26. Of course I only got 1 of 5 choices that I wanted.

      • Damn that sucks. I feel like this is what is going to happen to me. First time and last time ordering. Maybe we can make trades?

  3. Ah, I really hope to get the blanket. I cannot stand clutches. They’re so tiny and I’m paranoid I’ll forget it somewhere. I love the deal though and everything looks so cute! I’m usually a little anxious by boxes that have so many variables, but the options here look really nice! I’ve just got my fingers crossed tight for that blanket and I’ll be fine with whatever else.

    • I got the clutch in my last box and it’s definitely not tiny. My iPad Pro is 12.9” and fits in it just fine. It’s more of a “business clutch” and is actually pretty nice. Just thought this info might ease your fears of getting it.

  4. If I am a new subscriber and sign up for annual now does $25 come off the annual $199 price? It’s showing the code applied but not showing revised total before I put in my CC info so I wanted to double check.

    • It should. It took $25 off the annual when I ordered yesterday.

    • I know, I’m having the same issue and hit pay because I didn’t want to lose the deal and I was charged the full amount! I took screen shots first that showed a red printed “your coupon had been applied” under the payment so I’m confident they’ll fix it for me. I am waiting on a response from their customer service but they’ve always been super helpful.

    • Yes. You’ll see the discount applied. Then you go to your account to customize.

  5. Added this box to my annual subscription and emailed my choices. Great deal! It will be hard to wait until January to receive it. I’ll think of it as a late, bonus Christmas gift.

    • How do you add a box? Do you purchase the quarterly subscription under your logon?

      • Yes, I signed in, went to my account, and there was a link to add a sub. I added a seasonal sub and used the code. Then I emailed CB with my choices since I am an annual member.

      • Did CS confirm that they would honor your preferences? I did the same as you and emailed 5 days ago, but no reply still…

        If they DO honor the choices for the additional/seasonal box then I want to change the selections I made for my original/annual box so that I don’t get duplicate items; however, if I make those changes and they DON’T honor the selections for the 2nd box, (or if they don’t get to my email before selection time closes), I’m worried I won’t get what I really really wanted to begin with

      • I emailed them last weekend and received my confirmation today so I think yours will be coming soon.

    • Oh no – did they say it would not arrive by Christmas?

    • That was exactly my concern! Oh well, I guess it’ll be a post-Christmas gift to myself in the new year! A bit bummed you don’t have any choices for customization if you’re not an annual subscriber, though. FabFitFun at least lets you customize a few items!

  7. I just HAD to! Purchased a second sub with this deal but went annual! My Christmas to me. Do you believe they would let me customize my regular Winter Box?

    • I’m thinking of doing the same thing and have the same question! Definitely purchasing the second box but trying to decide if I want to do annual or seasonal. If they’ll let me customize my first box annual will be a no brainer.

      • Get the annual! I’ve been watching this box for a year and decided it suits me!

      • You talked me into it! I went for the annual. Also emailed to ask them if I could customize the winter box and gave them my choices. Fingers crossed they let us do it! I couldn’t make up my mind whether to use the $25 off code or the code for the 3-item bundle with the poncho. I went with the $25 off since I already have two boxes worth of stuff coming to me and probably don’t need a bundle with more stuff!

    • Let them know that you upgraded and email your choices. As long as your winter box has not processed, I believe they will let you choose. They are a small crew, but they really do have great customer service. Good luck!

  9. I was so tempted to get the winter box, but exercised restraint. This box looks even better, but I don’t NEED any of it!! However, I’ve been on jury duty for the past few days (with no end in sight), so I’ve finally convinced myself to use that money for an annual subscription. It’s my reward for being such a good citizen!

    • Only annuals get to customize but it’s sooo worth it!

  11. If I only want this box, when would i need to cancel before the Spring box charges…I read the FAQ’s and it wasn’t crystal clear . Any existing subscribers know?? Thanks

    • I found the answer after further reading, nevermind !!! LOL

  12. Ok I’m such an addict and need help!!!! This will be my third winter box lol. But they are just so good and I adore cotton blankets and really want the earrings.,

    Causebox customer service is soooo amazing that if you are annual and order an extra box on sale or otherwise, if you email them they’ll allow you to customize!!!! I’m super grateful.

    • What about if I already bought the Winter Box with a seasonal subscription and then I buy this Winter Welcome Box and go annual for it, will they let me go back and customize the Winter Box, since it hasn’t shipped yet?
