MSA- Can you confirm that this is still free gift? the code works, but the boxy’s main page is showing a Tarte palette as the free gift and not this. Thanks! Happy early New Year!

Thanks for the prompt response! I went to Boxy’s instagram account as as of a few days ago, they were still advertising this as the free gift. And at that time, other people were only seeing the Tarte option. Can you see my confusion? Offering TF on Instagram,but not on their website.. Oh well.. this saves me $27+ this month.

I’m heartbroken on Christmas! Checked my tracking for my Boxyluxe ust now because the “OnTrac” tracking number kept saying my package delivery date was delayed. It sat in Denver for a week! I log in today and it now is saying it was Delivered on 12/22 @ 1145am!?!? WTF!?!? There is no way that was delivered on Sunday when I just checked my tracking yesterday and it was still saying “delayed delivery “. I’m so beyond upset right now… I don’t even know what to do!?! Who to email? Who to call? Idk who Ontrac is…if that is DHL or who? But they are a pile of poop! I work from home and I can see all going on my porch/neighborhood. Been waiting on this package for weeks!!! And for this to happen…😢😰😡

No tracking for my Premium as of yet. I got tracking on Boxyluxe on Dec 5th and it is estimated to be here by 12/19 (which keeps changing). I got my Charm room eyeshadow palette quicker than anything else. The Popup eye cream is on its way with no est delivery date yet. 🙁

Welp, nevermind. I got an email from Boxycharm this morning stating that my Boxyluxe now has an est delivery date of 12/22. But WHY BOXY!?!? Where is my Boxy Premium tracking info?!?

I received my regular Boxycharm just fine; it was a little later than last month but I got it. Meanwhile my BoxyPremium still hasn’t even shipped yet :'( Getting a little miffed.

I’m still waiting for Boxy to fix my Pop Up SNAFU.
Ordered cleansing wipes – 2 boxes of 24 – and received a total of 2 wipes.
They said last week that they are working with their supplier to fix the issue….
I’m not the only one this happened to.

Yes, I agree with you, Jenn. Although I haven’t had any issues myself, it seems there are lots of bumps along the way with all these changes. Maybe it’s time to slow down a little and make sure everything is running smoothly for all of us existing charmers….

I haven’t got a tracking for my Boxy Premium and it is 18th of Dec here. Really worried and sent them an email about it without any answer 2 days ago. I hope I get Natasha Denona eyeshadow dues to being last ones sent or then a free box next month if this one never gets delivered….

My boxycharm premium and luxe packages came last week and my 2 boxy popup packages arrived today and last Friday. In case people are wondering about the carrier, FedEx smartpost delivered them all (meaning FedEx gets them to my city and the US post office does the final delivery). They will arrive, have more patience!

Once the package leaves boxy, it’s out of their control. I’ve had a couple of UPS packages from elsewhere that have been delayed for “over capacity”, so the CEO is not lying when he says December is the busiest time for deliveries.

The CEO posted today that all people should have their boxes this week or weekend. He said that they are calling peoples’ cell phones 7 times a day and going to visit the warehouses…lol yeah I’m sure. But that’s the latest on the company line

I didn’t and neither did a lot a lot of people. In fact, it’s such a large problem a lot of us were given a $5 credit. If you look on insta they are saying they are sold out.

I am so frustrated with them too. I sent them an email almost a week ago about receiving the wrong choice item. They said they sent me a $5 code and I never got it. I keep getting “check your spam” obviously, I tried that. I asked them to resend the code the helpdesk email and all I hear is crickets.

Go to their Facebook page and squawk, loudly. They sent the wrong choice item to me for November and I hounded them until I got it. Do not accept a $5 code as comp. They will do better if you complain enough. Over and over. Comment about it on other posts, too. They hate that and will do anything to stop it…like send your missing item.

If you got a tracking number, Boxy does not have your box. A shipping carrier does. Its is the busiest time of year for shipping, especially now that most of us do the majority of our Christmas shopping online. Shipping companies are backed up which means even if you contact Boxy, they probably cant even get an answer for you because they would need a response from the shipping carrier regarding your specific tracking number. I know it sucks but it’s not Boxys fault this month. You would probably have better luck contacting the company it was shipped with through your tracking info. It will take you directly to the source since they have your package, instead of having to wait for Boxy to do the same thing.

THANK YOU! as shady as boxy is, it isn’t their fault for shipping issues. as a person that works customer service for a retailer i’m constantly verbally abused by people (most likely them entering the wrong shipping address at checkout) and it has NOTHING to do w us.

My box arrived out of blue at 7:10 a.m. delivered by USPS.My neighbor saw the box dowstairs n her way out of the building and rang my bell to let me know. I had no idea.

Bad day for this, BoxyLuxe customers are all missing our boxes. If you go to Insta you see the same complaints. Box says it was delivered, but nobody actually received a box, and BC tells us to ask our neighbors. It’s just a mess.

I received my Boxyluxe on the 6th. Mine was shipped FedEx SmartPost. FedEx is crazy busy this month, so it’s taking them extra time. FedEx was 4 days late delivering my Home Chef order this past week, and everything had to be thrown out.

Since shipping is so backed up this month I’ve decided to hold off on ordering anything else until after the holidays. I hope everyone missing their box receives it soon.

I got mine last week…I never used to get mine till around the 24th until about 6 month ago, when it started coming earlier. This month it was a little later than it has been in recent months, but it is a busy time for packages due to holidays. The boxes will start showing up soon for those who dont have them yet.
