If I were Ipsy…
I’d be more concerned about posting some November spoilers vs point rewards.
It doesn’t seem there is much excitement for Ipsy anything right now.
I’m waiting to see if there will be some bomb items in November?

I wonder how many cancellations IPSY has processed in the past week? I hope enough that they change their business practices. I cancelled all three bags. I think cancellation is the only way to make them understand. I would be so curious to know the cancellation rate.

The size on the ofra blush says it’s the amount of the full size. I got it because it’s a good deal but don’t really need it and wanted to use up points before I cancel. I wonder if its correct?

I got the full size in my small ipsy bag if that helps

Just saw that my 3$ add on brush from IPSY CB202 Crown Brush, sells regularly priced for $2 on the Crown website and is on sale for an additional 20 percent off. Not feeling especially rewarded by Ipsy this month. I’m cancelling all three tiers.

I felt that way when I bought a mini cleanser I thought would be the 2 oz travel size that sells for 10 but turned out to be a half an oz and worth less than I paid. I was going to say I double check sizes and prices a lot better now but after ultimate I canceled my two plus and ultimate so it won’t be an issue I need to think about anyway.

Me too! I just cancelled all three Ipsy levels. I Have Beautyfix, allure, test tube and boxy left. If the boxy variations give me Steve Laurant eye pencils or black eyeliner they are gone as well. I will always keep test tube, last box wasn’t great but typically it’s phenomenal. Beautyfix drives me nuts on tiny sizes but it’s almost all skincare which I love. More importantly, recognizable skincare brands not some website powered by Shopify with a over inflated value serum (Ipsy ultimate, biorace is not a real brand) allure is always on the chopping block but this month was great. I think I’m going to end up with Beautyfix and test tube and then buy what the heck I want on sale beyond that because boxy caters to people who are willing to give them their Instagram. I feel super burned by IPSY and I’m never going back.

So that is definitely annoying, but how much is shipping from crown if the only thing you want is a $2 brush?

Debbie

I would wait for the brush until I needed more but the crown site was offering free shipping as well. The point is the add on was an add up to an already disappointed long time customer.

Does any body know how can I get points each month for the spoiler alert ? It seems like when they did this add ones page they don’t give me an option to share my bad by spoiler alert … ☹️

Me too! One month I’ll get the spoiler alert points and the next month I won’t? I was always so excited for Ipsy and now I have a bad taste in my mouth!

I really hate how all of their rewards start at 600 points. Most of these items are sample sizes. I only review my glam bag items each month. It would take me 8 months to earn one sample size?! What the fork? And now they’re going to charge me $2 extra dollars a month just so I can maybe get a sample I like (if it doesn’t get completely chosen by others first). It all seems like a slap to the face. The only thing I generally partake in were the ipsy offers for nail polish sets. But having had an item break just about every time because of their poor packaging, I gave up on those too.

YES I hate how they ship stuff!! For this past month I purchased The Balm What’s The Tea eyeshadow palette and it came completely broken!! Glass included. I contacted them and they can’t do anything cause it’s sold out😔. I really wanted that palette

They used to have waaaay cheaper points samples and people were complaining about THAT , so they raised up the point value and have also added more full sized items. I’m just happy it’s free and if I can snag one or two samples, I’m thrilled
