Today is the last day to subscribe to Boxwalla Beauty box and get October as your first box!

The theme is ‘Dream a Little Dream of Me:

This October we are thrilled to showcase the skincare brand African Botanicsfounded by the husband & wife duo of Julia & Craig Noik in 2012.  They choose extraordinarily high quality plant ingredients, and then marry them to cutting edge technology, to achieve a skincare experience that feels both luxuriously wholesome & revolutionary.

Each October Boxwalla Beauty box will include:

Le Masque Hydralift Intense – $180

The Le Masque Hydralift Intense is a serum-strength hydrating mask that combines African adaptogenic plants like South African aloe ferox, resurrection plant and honey bush with different molecular weights of hyaluronic acids, water-binding seaweed, fermented yeast and micronutrient -rich actives like Microalga Glucans, Laminaria Algae and Chlorella Sorokinian. The mask also contains stabilized Vitamin C and Niacinamide that brighten the skin. In addition, the mask uses a complex derived from an algae and a thorny shrub, that creates a mesh-like non-occlusive layer on the skin, optimizing moisture retention and reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier.

Le Masque Hydralift Intense is designed to instantly increase moisture levels & deeply hydrate the skin, lift, firm and replenish the skin, smooth the skin’s surface, repair the skin’s natural barrier and prevent Tranepidermal Water Loss (TEWL). It can be used in the day, as a rinse-off hydrating mask, as well as in the night as an overnight sleep mask.

  1. African Botanicals is one of my absolute favorite brands, along with Sunday Riley, Eve Lom, Elemis, LaPrairie, Circcell, etc. I’m really looking forward to this box. They have included some really lovely African Botanicals products in the past.

    • Speaking of Eve Lom, which I love too(!), you should check out your local Marshalls because mine just had a ton of different Eve Lom products for sale with the most expensive being a serum for only $29.99! The cheapest product I saw was a face mist for $14.99. 🙂

      • Wow…thanks Luna… I’d be sure to check it out 😀

        • Nice! I hope you find something good! Mine had quite a bit of the products they had. I was good last weekend so I only got one thing, but when I go back on Friday, I hope the others I passed on are still there. 🙂

      • Oh.My.Gosh! I bought a dozen of her real muslin cloths, always clean and nicely folded, as part of using her cleanser and masks. I must go there, because I buy her items at full price and try not to think about the price when I’m using, and it is a whole lot more than what you found at those prices. Thank you so very much!

        • I’ve used Eve Lom’s Morning Time Cleansing Balm for a few years now as my morning cleanser during Fall & Winter, and I’ve always paid full price for it (usually to get a high-end gwp 😉 ), but I actually found it at Marshall’s for either $19.99 or $24.99. I know it was definitely more than half off. Last weekend when I went they had two serums (one for $24.99 and another for $29.99), a face mist for $14.99 (which I bought, and its packaging is beautiful! it’s in a weighted frosted glass bottle), and an eye cream for $19.99 that comes in a pump. Okay.. maybe not a “ton” of products like I said, but they had many multiples of each one, so it looked like a lot. 😉 Unfortunately, I didn’t see any muslin cloths though. They’ve also had a different eye cream in the past few months that came in a jar, and that was $39.99 I believe, but I haven’t seen it around in a little while. I only bought the mist since I’m trying to be good (to the dismay of my mom who almost looked upset at me that I was passing the others up. lol!), but since I get paid this week, if the others are still there I may just get them. 🙂

          • I’ve never heard of this brand before, and I am looking to actually have to start putting work into my skin care routine. Is this brand cruelty free and/or vegan?
