Wow, this is an awful deal! You’d actually save money by buying these items individually! All the candles look like minis, so assuming that, price breakdown:

5 mini candles = $12 each – total $60
Votive candle = $3.33 (based on set of 6 for $20)
Soap = $8
Diffuser oil = $20
Mini hand cream (looks like mini size in the advent calendar) = $12
Room spray = $24 (that’s the full size price, and I’m not convinced the one in the advent calendar is full price)

Total: $127.33

You can’t buy the bath bomb or ornament individually, but even if those make up $30 worth of the value of this calendar (doubtful), you’d still only be breaking even in terms of value vs. purchase price.

It’s such a shame they don’t sell a smaller and more affordable set. I’d love to have one mini size of each type of product or a set of three mini candles perhaps. It would be in their best interest to offer the smaller ones particularly to new customers. I for one might actually budget for the big one next year if I liked a smaller collection enough. I’ve never tried these products but I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews.

This is the first and only advent calendar I’ve been interested in – that scent is so, so good. (If you’ve ever walked into Anthropologie and wondered what smells so good, it’s this scent). But I can’t justify spending that much.
