Ipsy Glam Bag Plus October 2019 Customization Starts Now!

Ok I’m so confused. I just Started my subscription for the first time and picked Glam bag ultimate plus Glam Bag plus and Glam bag (I think as it was a bit confusing). I guess I am on a waitlist? I’m so confused. How long does it take to be billed? Is it in fact $50? As I chose to do PayPal and I have to make sure I have the money in PayPal and I put the $50 in. Also when will I get my first bag. Also I keep seeing people say they chose a product. I was never given that option. So again I am so confused. Could use some help understanding what I signed up for. Thank you

Hi! I’m an actual Ipsy Glam Bag Plus subscriber but I’m a little confused. Can I customize my box or it’s only for first-time subscribers? I don’t see any options to do that in the Ipsy site. Sorry if this is a dumb question

Can anyone tell me if you unpause (apparently, I was on the every other month option(head scratch) if they automatically bill you like if it’s a new subscription, or if they charge you at the end of the month?

Is this all the spoilers we are going to get?? I’m concerned because this is only my second box. I was very happy with my first box but I received the nomad and Ofra cheek Pallete, I certainly don’t need more this month.

I skipped October Plus, kept Original. Might add on a few things if they appeal and the price is right. Hope November is better.

None of these appeal to me. Glad I skipped this month. Crossing my fingers November’s choices are better.

I picked the Purlisse serum and am thrilled with that choice. Somehow I missed it when it was in Ipsy offers and my skin loves anything Purlisse. I am really hoping to get the Glossier cleanser from the spoilers too. I skipped the regular bag but I’m hoping I can add on the mauve Betty Boop lipstick.

Ok why are these options all better than the ultimate? What’s going on Ipsy?!

What am I doing wrong? I thought we had an option to choose the Betty Boop palette, but the only palettes I have the option to choose are the real her or the huda beauty ones, along with some farrah brushes or the facial cleanser. I have upgraded to the Ultimate so i have no clue what I’m doing wrong…. any ideas? Thanks <3

Does anybody know what’s the difference in the packaging for the blue Purlisse serum? When checking online, it’s supposed to be a pump bottle and this one on Ipsy is a tube? Just questioning the expiration for this as this could be old stock?
Appreciate any info.

I’m personally not into Betty Boop but these items I’ve chosen anyway in hopes of receiving more. They will make great Christmas presents to my young teen granddaughters.

I just unpaused since I was able to choose Purlisse 🙂 I’m giddy about it! I was torn between that and the Jules lip gloss duo – but who knows? Maybe I’ll end up getting that, too 🙂

Cancelled boxy and skipped this month for Ipsy. Really disappointed in the products and the one item of choice selections.

I was torn between the Purlisse Serum and the Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion. I went with the Dr. Brandt because it was more expensive, I am really hoping to get the serum in my box since I have serums on “often” but if not, I will pay the $12 to add-on if possible.

I chose the eyeshadow palette because I love palettes. I am intrigued by the Jules Smith lip duo, though, since I only know their jewelry.

I picked:

Glam bag: Private Doctor: Define Minus Serum
GBP: Dr Brant exfoliant
Ultimate: Murad cleanser

I’m really happy! I am hoping for the Huda brown palette and Purlisse brightening serum to be included in my bags!

Am I the only one who is keeping her subscription this month because she wants the bags?I love Betty Boop, and I am excited about all versions of the bag, I couldn’t care less about the spoilers and ended up picking whatever (the CC cream for regular and the lotus primer for Plus)…

I subscribe to Ipsy JUST for Purlisse! Really! It’s my fave and so expensive! So to be able to choose the serum means I don’t have to pay $12 to add it on later! Yippppeee! The rest will be gravy!

For GB, got the dual ended brush. For the GBP, got the Purlisse lightening serum. Glad I didn’t go with the Ultimate. I didn’t want any of the options. Will have to wait and see if I get any Boop products

I JUST received that Purlisse serum as part of an Ipsy bundle. I think I paid $16 for that, 2 Glamglow bubble masks (will be trading), and three other generously sized samples.

I was a bit
underwhelmed by the choices, but I picked the Dr Brandt because it’s an easy to swap item. I picked the Seraphine primer for my regular bag

After much debate I picked the Lotus serum. Not just because I do believe it’s the most expensive of the bunch but it also had positive reviews. Almost went with the exfoliator but with my sensitive skin and I don’t know how that would have worked. I had a hard time deciding because I thought the pallets were beautiful as well. I’m just sorry that there’s some people who can never be happy no matter what the choices are. For 25 bucks a month I am so excited. And we get a makeup at again yay!

Skipped GBP and GBU glad I did because choices for customization seem underwhelming and not into BB theme , stuck with regular and picked serum , money saved and I’m okay with that . The BC add ons were a true joke of left overs more money saved . I’m just holding out for Ipsy add ons with regular bag 🙂

The MM was 2 highlighters and a blush. This one is three different brushes. You can’t tell me you only have one shade of blush that you use. And you also can’t fault Ipsy for what boxycharm had a couple of months ago, I mean come on. What does the one have to do with the other? How people cannot be happy with these offers is completely beyond me. The serum is worth like 60 bucks and the scrub is worth around 45 and that’s just what I looked up. Nothing makes you happy huh?
