  1. Maybe I’m just ” too old” to get the purpose behind the company using an artsy photo of their box with absolutely NO cosmetic products shown. I went to their site to see what brands/ quality items they curate, and big fat zero as well.

    This may be 2020 marketing, but since the actual contents will be ” surprises” anyway for new subscribers, why not show the July box that someone mentions below in the comments?

    I won’t buy this until I SEE what types of brands they are sourcing.

    Liz, please go to town with this one, as we say in the South. They’ve set it up really well for reviews. 😉

    • Well, as the post says, they were “formerly Bunny Beauty Box.” Therefore, I would look for Bunny Beauty Box reviews here on MSA or elsewhere.

  10. Yes, please! I am always looking for cruelty-free makeup and new brands. The price seems reasonable too.

    • Ditto! I’m trying to switch to all cruelty free and clean beauty products so this sounds interesting.

  11. They have a mission I can support: “By subscribing to Kyut Box you are supporting Beagle Freedom Project with their mission of rescuing animals from laboratories- a portion of our proceeds goes directly to them.
    Since 2010 the US based non-profit organization has been freeing survivors from laboratory experiments, and victims of horrific abuse from around the world.”

    • This is a great cause! I’m behind anything for animals. But one would like to know the portion of the support. It’s less noble-sounding if just one cent of your $29.90 expense goes to the rescue project. Do they say what the portion is?

  13. Even the specialty vegan/clean beauty box market is well-populated. For $30, this has to be a standout to survive.

  14. I’d much rather see this box reviewed rather than Look Fantastic.

    They said they will only honor codes from their website, which is BS if they choose to advertise with MSA. I have never had this issue before and will never order a product from them again.

    I sent an email to MSA with screenshots of the messages I got from Look Fantastic, but have yet to get a response.

    I understand this is not your fault, however, you should know when a company is being shady and they definitely are. If I were you, I wouldn’t send my customers there anymore.

    • I’m confused. What does this box have to do with the Look Fantastic box and/or website? Are they the parent company of the Kyut box or something?

      • Oh never mind. I understand now. You were just venting about Look Fantastic. That’s a shame. I’ve always had great experiences with Look Fantastic and their customer service.

        • Essentially, yes. I have tried to let MSA know this is an issue — I’m assuming they care the codes posted here are not honored by Look Fantastic.

          If MSA continues to post codes from Look Fantastic, it’s a buyer beware situation. I’m planning to contest the charge with my credit card company because they have refused to process a refund. As soon as that box hits my door it’s going straight back to them.

          I’d also like to see the box posted here reviewed because it looks like one I’d like, so not completely a vent. 🙂

    • Liz should have been more clear about the code. It’s not valid for sub box purchases only items bought on the website. In other words the 100.00 you have to spend to get the gift has to be in general website items not including the sub box. Look Fantastic didn’t do anything wrong it was Liz’s mistake.

    • Ummm, yeah, I’m thinking that part of their mission is to introduce us to cruelty-free, vegan products that may not already be well known. Kind of the point of the box.

    Some FAQs

    Boxes will be mainly focused on make-up and skincare but will also include fun accessories or tools. Our boxes will contain 4 to 5 products, no sample sizes .

    We choose make-up items that are neutral and work for all skin tones. We will not carry foundation or concealers. Our skincare items will work for all skin types. There will be times everyone gets the same color/shade and sometimes the shades may vary.

    YES, you can skip any month you wish. You can do this by logging into your account; click the account icon 👤 in the top left corner and sign in to your account to manage your subscription.

    And you can cancel online as well. Looks like a great start!

    • I’d like that one reviewed as well. I’ve seen a few other comments on other posts asking for it to be reviewed. I’m not sure if anyone has emailed a request to Liz directly.

      • I think Anna already has as I remember her stating that she notified MSA about the box a while ago when it started to pick up a little steam.

        • I have been interested in subbing to British Beauty Box as I’m English. I would need a review from MSA before I am convinced of its quality. That’s how much confidence I have in MSA!!

    • I ordered British Beauty Box 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for my first box to arrive. Someday . . .

      • I think September will be their next box, so we should be getting it soon!!!! 🙂 … unless when you signed up they said you would be getting the June box?

        • Yes, they said they mailed it and my account says “fulfilled”. I emailed them again yesterday. Last time I inquired they said it would arrive in the US on 7/31, but that’s been 2 weeks now. Do they usually send you tracking Luna? There was no email sent to me about delivery, I went to my account and it said fulfilled which is why I inquired the first time.
