After waiting 7 1/2 weeks I was told on July 17 that this box was out of stock.
I spoke with customer service todayTo request the box and again I was told it was out of stock
If you read the public forums on their customer service you will see how many of their customers have been left waiting and wanting.
When an error is made or many errors are made a reputable company tries to make it right. A $15 credit towards a future purchase when you must be a current subscriber to use the credit is an unacceptable offer. I actually spoke with a supervisor and while I was persistent I was in no way rude and she actually hung up the phone on me. Please do your research before subscribing to this company. I am shocked that they are still listed as one of the top subscription boxes

So, they had enough to give out to MSA, but they told me for months they were out of stock and wouldn’t be able to ship mine. It took them literally 3 1/2 months to send my box, and now five of them are being given away. This company is a mess.
This was a genuinely terrible first impression of them tbh. Good luck to whoever wins, Though, and it looks like it is coming directly from MSA, so you might not even have to worry about the terrible shipping!

I’ll bet you didn’t get everything in the box that you customized either. Even if by some small miracle the items were correct the runaround they give you is ridiculously unprofessional and unethical

Congraduations on your patience and the fact that you got the box. When I spoke with them this morning they were useless again and while I was professional and polite they hung up on me. It’s good to know that other people want to warn people to stay away from this company.
