I couldn’t believe it but Loot Crate emailed me this week trying to get me to sign up for new loot crates, after they went bankrupt and said they were focusing on getting past crates out. Seems pretty shady.

I am so mad that they refuse to refund my money. They have sent 2 crates out of 6. The last one was May 2018. I asked for a refund twice and they refuse. I hate this company with a passion.

Per their cancellation posting, they said they were issuing refunds. I’d send a copy of the notice to them and state they’re legally obligated to. You can also send it to your cc company.

I agree, reach out to your CC company. Regardless of when you signed up, they owe you money. If they are having difficulty understanding a subscription box, explain it like a magazine subscription. You only got 2 issues of the promised 6 and they’re refusing to refund/send you the rest.

Can you reach out to your credit card company or via paypal?
I think LootCrate was a novel idea and they expanded way too quickly.

The credit card company will probably say no way if it’s been over a year.
